Lakefront cottage. Just 12 Minutes from Naples. Bristol Mountain, Hunt Hollow,Helen Hollister Park and more are a short drive away.
Cozy cottage on the south west end of Honeoye Lake. Sleeps up to 8. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms, 1st bedroom has 1 queen& 1full bed. 2nd has 1 full bed.( Linens provided ) Large Bathroom with shower . Kitchen is fully equipped electric range, microwave, fridge , toaster, coffeemaker, crockpot, blender, utensils etc. Lower level has walkout to deck overlooking lake and fire pit. Seating area in lower level has a new sectional. Lower level has a service kitchen and 2nd bathroom with shower for easy entertaining at the waterfront.
Dock ( Memorial Day-Labor Day), fire pit with firewood, outdoor furniture and gas grill w/filled tank available during your stay.
Linens for each bed provided. Linens to use sofa and sectional as sleeping areas available. Towels in linen closets.

We had a wonderful week at the lake. Our family enjoyed using the outdoor toys provided- kayak, paddle boat, etc. The patio was perfect. The cottage was well equipped with cooking supplies, towels, etc. We would rent again.

We were looking for a place right on the water, and this house was perfect for that. The kitchen and living room were clean and had everything we needed. While there is a downstairs, we didn't use it except to get to the lake.

Location is the biggest asset of this property. Lake front and with the kayaks and boats available- it was nice. It's clean and I found no allergy triggers for me (usually dust, perfume and pet hair will trigger my allergies). Second bedroom is not pictured but it is small with space only for a full size bed. It's a restful place although sometimes you can hear the neighbors. Nice to have fire pit for smore and good conversations. I would recommend it for its views and location.

Wonderful stay on the lake! The house was well outfitted and we took full advantage of the kayaks and paddleboat right from the dock! Dinners and coffee on the deck, what a great place to finish a family road trip!

Jeremy and guests were great. I was a bit concerned on letting out for a bachelor weekend, but the group was super respectful of all house rules and left the cottage in tip top condition. Maybe next year you could make ita couples getaway!!!

Great Finger Lakes Home

Wonderful base for exploration of the Finger lakes. Fun to kayak the lake and try our luck fishing.

Very nice 3 bedroom on a lake

We stayed in April 2024 for the eclipse. It was a little chilly to fully enjoy the lake, but it’s a nice place with a pretty view and I’m sure it’s fantastic in the summer. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others

July trip

Candace's lake house was a great place for our family to relax. It was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the covered patio where we ate most of our meals overlooking the water. We also made good use of the kayaks and paddle boat that were available.

Relaxing

Great week of relaxing. Our family enjoys the kayaks and paddle boat. Kitchen well stocked from crockpots, pots n pans , everything you need.

Good location

Our family very much enjoyed our time together at this lakeside house. The kayaks were a treat, and we built fires with the wood provided each evening. What this property lacks in polish it makes up for in location.

Nice week away!

This property was just right for my wife and me. We had not been away for a couple of years and needed a quiet place to relax and recharge. This was just the ticket. Right on the water, comfortable accommodations. We definitely enjoyed it.

The only issues we had was the lack of hot water. Other than that the place is great and Candace was wonderful

Overall our stay was okay. Our biggest complaint had to do with the uncomfortable mattresses. They were so hard and lumpy that our skin hurt after a few hours. In our estimation, if you replace those you will add to rating of the property.

Slice of heaven on the lake

Fabulous place on a beautiful lake where my daughter, granddaughter and I enjoyed quality time together. We all like to fish and did from the dock and from land. We had camp fires most every night. Location of cottage is close to restaurants, the beach, playgrounds and parks. Only an hour drive from Rochester, to a very picturesque place.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home and amazing view of the lake. Our family had an amazing time the week we stayed. Couldn't have asked for more. Everything was provided and Candace was amazing throughout the whole process. It was our first time using Vrbo and renting any place for a vacation and she made everything seamless and easy. We're hoping to be back very soon!
