Very comfortable and spacious ! Very clean bathroom that was very well supplied with clean towels, wash clothes and soap and shampoo. Very pet friendly !Host was very helpful with directions and no concerns of any kind.Would definitely stay there again !Thank you Katie !

EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SINK. This property literally had no kitchen sink or stove; however, this was not an issue for a couple who likes to dine out when on vacation. The property was within easy walking distance of dining, parks, and the beach, The fenced back yard was just the right size to allow our dog to walk about and explore a bit.The property was clean, tidy, and just the right size.Even the weather was perfect!

Exactly as described! The bed was HUGE and tall, but there is the neatest little step stool nearby. Walking distance to most anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The property was well maintained and clean. Katie was very helpful and accessible.

The apartment was amazing! It was perfect for a 3 day getaway. There is a fenced in back patio that is great for relaxation, both humans and pets. The property is only 1 block away from the beach, and convenient to all the activities available on the island. The bed is very comfortable, and the den is cozy. I will be booking this property again. I highly recommend it for couples and pets!

We were very pleased with our stay! It just so cozy. We walked to the beach and had a very layer back time. Very refreshing. We plan on returning next year. It had a bigger refrigerator than shown in the photos and had bedside tables that worked out great for my CPAP machine.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment beneath a beach house. We were able to bring our 30 lb. bernidoodle and she was very comfortable here as well. The location was great as we were w/in walking distance of the beach and some restaurants. I would recommend this place to other vacationers needing just a one bedroom accomodation.

The ad and pictures are accurate, the neighborhood is beautiful. We felt safe and welcomed in the neighborhood. The things to be aware of are as follows, this is a converted garage first floor, so upstairs conversation and renters will be heard. Property entrance is in the rear and you share the backyard with upstairs renters. You do not have garage access. There is a great hose rinse area for beach stuff. You are expected to share a driveway with upstairs renters who have multiple rooms to your single, so they expect to park multiple cars. The floors are painted and overdue for a repaint leaving them to look pitted and dirty. The floors felt clean and free of sand. Bring your own towels, we had two towels for showers and two beach towels. No tissues, one extra roll of toilet paper. The AC worked well, the fridge was very small, but adequate for a few days stay. No kitchen sink, but again the ad and pics never mentioned it had one. If you are a fisherman and have a custom cart, the access gate to the backyard is less than 36 inches, so you cant driver thru. Overall it was a nice and a good price.
