Miles and miles of incredible beauty. Okaloosa Island is a two mile barrier island and only 7 miles to Destin, Fl.

This beachside villa has a main bedrooms with King bed and a second bedroom Loft upstairs with two Queen beds. Each bedroom has private full bath. This beach side condo is 1000 sq ft, personal and very reasonable. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances for those great seafood dishes! Perfect for large family vacations, this unit has everything you need and more for a memorable vacation!

Great Place

Great location

Condo was clean and had just about everything we needed. Only suggestions would be to add a mattress cushion on the downstairs bed. It was a little hard. The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach and not a far drive from town. There is a Tom Thumb right next door for random last minute items. I also want to add that the management company was good to work with. I called asking for directions or ideas of where to bring the kids when the beach had double red flags and they were able to help me find a suitable option. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Family vacation

The place is awesome definitely want to come back and stay again the place was clean and exactly like the pictures. It is a perfect location not crowded but close enough to everything. I was really happy about the rental and plan to rent again

Girls Trip

I have stayed in Tropical Isle multiple times and in 207 a couple times with my family. We love the location! This unit is always clean, beds are comfortable and ideal for my liking. We will be back!!

Very pleased!

Was worried about property since it wasn’t directly on the beach but it literally was a few steps to the walkway. Place was clean. Overall nice place for just a few days.

Good times on The Emerald Coast

We had an issue with a leak in the upstairs bathroom ( toilet had to be replaced) but it was done in a timely manner and we were given some passes to the gulfarium for our inconvenience. This was very kind and appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful beach

Reviewer Comments: Property was clean, enjoyed our stay, The only problem was the master shower isn't user friendly. A couple of nights people long after midnight. Not extremely loud, but enough to hear through the walls and vibrating sound. But it was clean, and we enjoyed our stay. It was first time there and would go back.

Love this property!

I have been to this property several times. It’s great location and easy access to the beach. Although it doesn’t sit on the sand it’s literally 20 feet! The only negative I have for this particular unit is the grumpy old neighbor. My kids are well behaved and mannerly. However they are kids. The old guy in the next door unit would only come out when the kids were walking by to boss them, not when the adults were out. Then he would call and complain for literally nothing. Although he is extremely annoying we ignored him and did as we wanted and had a great time! I have already rented this unit again. I’m sure ole grumpy will be glad to see us again! Lol

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in this unit, and we just love it! Considering the roomy layout, the fully equipped kitchen, and the 30 second walk to the beach - it is a GREAT deal! The unit was very clean when we arrived. It is very roomy and could house a family with several kids comfortably. We loved the loft area, although the steps up to it can be a little daunting. The 2 full bathrooms are adequate. What I love best about this unit is that it literally takes less than a minute to walk to the beach, even though it's not right ON the beach. We love having lots of space and being so close to the beach. I also really appreciate having a fully equipped kitchen, even though we didn't really cook. We used the kitchen to warm up leftovers, and store our take-out. If you want to cook though, there are plenty of pots/pans. You'd just to bring foil, spices, and whatever food to cook. There is a Tom Thumb right next door where we got coffee and snacks. Would definitely stay here again!

Family getaway

First time in the area. Plenty of room for our family if 5. Easy access to the beach. Had a few questions and the communication was prompt and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Fort Walton Beach!
