Once you enter, you will be greeted by a breath-taking view of the ocean. Our 3rd floor walk up unit is breezy with trade winds and relaxing with soothing ocean sounds. For your comfort, there is AC throughout the condo for those hot summer days. The lush tropical landscaping, large salt water heated pool, 4 outdoor barbecues, and a tennis/pickle ball court will add to your tranquil experience here in paradise.
Centrally located on the Coconut Coast of Kauai's East side, it is easy to explore the entire island. Our swimmable beach is great for fishing and surfing. Bikes are available to rent in Kapaa Town to ride along the beach on a bike/walk path for miles and miles in both directions just outside our gates. So many activities just minutes away: kayaking Wailua River, Wailua Golf Course, Opaeka’a Falls, and walking to restaurants and shopping. Come and enjoy paradise.

The condo is very clean and easy access to a lot of great restaurants! The view is stunning off the balcony. Highly recommended! Dryer and washers are available in the compound and require either quarters or app downloading. The host has a lot of stuff ready for use for kitchen, beach. They also provided more than 1 set of bath towels which is very considerate!

Stunning and beautiful resort and condo. My husband and I stayed for 11 days. The condo has unobstructed, beach front views. Great restaurants, shopping and groceries just steps away. Loved the condo, so comfortable and well stocked with all beach amenities! We relaxed and enjoyed this special Kauai getaway. We can't wait to come back!

The accommodations were very comfortable. Bed and shower were great, and the view from the lanai was amazing. We liked that so many restaurants, groceries, and shops were within close walking distance. When we did venture away, we found the location to be very central to both the north and south shores.

The location can't be beat. We fortunately never needed to use the air-conditioning because the weather was cool.I wish the kitchen had a few more serving dishes, but it was very nice to have a few condiments available as well as coffee filters. The seating is a bit sparce. The price seems a bit high, but what isn't expensive?

Perfect! Well stocked with plenty of essentials. Beautiful Landscape, well maintained. Definitely recommend and hope to come back. I only wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit.

This was our second time staying at the property, and everything was just as good as we remember, short of a bit of a holdup at check-in. That being said, Steve was super transparent and apologetic and kept in communication with us until we ultimately got our issue resolved and checked-in. I would return for a third time.

We really enjoyed Lae Nani and this condo. Steve was an excellent host. While a third floor unit, don't let that scare you: the stairs are really not bad. The view is spectacular! You can spend hours just watching the beach and ocean and skies. We saw whales from the lanai. Lae Nani is quiet and peaceful yet very close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Its east coast location puts you central to major destinations on the island.

This was the perfect condo for our week in Kauai! It was just as the pics depicted. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, beach chairs & umbrella were fantastic, and the view was beautiful. And we really liked the location. 40 min North and South to where we wanted to go.

Lulled by the sound of the waves
Property is exactly as advertised and was perfect for our week on Kauai. Lovely secluded beach, nice pool, well-landscaped grounds.

Everything was exactly as described by the owner as well as past renters. Great location!! Has everything you would need!! Would rent again!

Wonderful and Relaxing Kauai Vacation
We really enjoyed our time in this Kauai condo. Best location to travel around the island. Great beach just steps away. The entire property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. Walk or short drive to delicious restaurants. Perfect place to spend some downtime.

Beautiful setting, view, beach, pool, quiet, convenient for food and shopping and central for travel. Walking/bike path close. Close to airport. Condo was attractive.
