This cool condo is located on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Blue River Valley and Bald Mountain. Even better, it’s the less than 150 yards from the 4 O’Clock ski run! It’s also just a short drive or shuttle ride to downtown Breck. You and your group will love this place!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to four people. The mountain modern décor is beautiful, and you’ll feel right at home in front of the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up perfect mountain meals, and the stainless-steel appliances complete the modern look. There’s seating for four at the kitchen table and another two at the breakfast bar.

Stepping out onto the balcony, you’ll love taking in the fresh mountain air and beautiful views! Other amenities include a washer/dryer in the condo and complimentary Wi-Fi. Amazing Stay in a Great Location

My family had a great time during our ski vacation at this property on Grandview Dr. The location was very convenient to Peak 8 of the Breckenridge Ski resort. We were able to ski/walk to an entrance to the Lower 4 O'Clock Run and ski down to the SnowFlake Lift and ride it up to the trails of Peak 8. When we were done skiing for the day, we were able to ski back down to the entrance to the road to the property and make a short walk back to the condo. The condo had a great view of the town below; beautiful views at night. The condo was perfect for a family of 4. We cooked several meals there and also made the short drive into town a few nights for dinner. Our boys (22 and 19) said it was a great find. Check in and check out was very convenient. They texted us to tell us that the condo was ready early. That was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this property. Thanks.

Perfect location for avid skiiers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very nice and recently updated. It is clean, and the bedrooms and showers are nice. The location is awesome. There is a slope just across the parking lot which will take you to a lift. It's basically ski-in/ski-out minus a very easy walk. I can't over-state how convenient this condo is for those capable of skiing a cat-trail to and from the condo. Some negative reviews described the stairs like they had to ascend mt everest. It wasn't so bad. I was traveling with another adult who is a strong skiier, and we had a great time. That said, this condo might be tough for visitors with mobility concerns, or those that have to carry small children up and down stairs. I know my kids get tired after a long day of skiing and ask me to carry them -- which would make the stairs more challenging.

Great overall experience

The house is in a great location to catch the bus to the lift. You can also take 4 o'clock back to the condo it's great. The kitchen had everything you need and the view is great. Bring your climbing shoes its different going upstairs if your used to being at sea level.

Great location! Unit was very clean and updated. The beds were a little firm but not too bad . Short walk through the parking lot, strap on the snowboard and away you go. Loved it

Nice condo!

This is a really stylish condo. It was extremely clean with beautiful tiled bathrooms and nice furnishings. After experiencing parking and carrying all of our ski equipment through parking lots and villages at other resorts, it was nice to have this condo within a 500 yards walk to the 4 o’clock run. My only suggestion is to invest in better sleeping pillows, or provide more. We never tried out the local shuttle, but saw the stop was about a 5 minute walk away. We attempted to walk into town one evening and we found, it’s not really doable in the winter time unless you don’t mind walking down and up the ski run.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family, me, my husband and two daughters in their twenties, rented this condo for a ski trip. The location was good but when they said it was on the third floor I didn’t realize it was outside stairs and two flights up before you got to the three floors. Also, there was no ski storage. Luckily we rented a car so we had somewhere to store our skies at night. The condo was really nice and had everything we needed. Getting to the slopes was a bit of a challenge but doable (Walk to end of parking lot, cross street, put on skies. Ski down to snowflake lift. Take off skies. Cross street. Get on lift. Going back at the end of the day was definitely easier.
