This place was perfect for our multigenerational family each having private room and bath. Very close walk to the beach. Close to all the fun on 30A - actually right in the middle. Publix close by as well. Host was very responsive to all our questions. If you’re looking for a comfortable laid back place close to the beach place to hang out with friends and family- this is it. Clean and relaxing. Would definitely book gain. Note- there are lots of stairs which was fine for us, but if you have mobility issues it would be a problem.

Great place to stay with quick access to the beach!!

This place was just as described with excellent access to the beach just a minute or two walk away!! Close to restaurants and grocery store!! We will be back and will be staying here again!

The house was fine. My wife and I chaperoned six 17 year old boys for spring break. The house was big enough for them to hang out in their own space, especially the loft, and keep their messes contained to their rooms without upsetting the common areas. That was the best part. The rate on this place for spring break was great, cheaper than we could have gotten other places. I was surprised at how accessible the beach was, with the public access right across the entrance of the neighborhood. The boys wanted a place central to where their friends were, and this place seemed like it was a 9 minute drive from everywhere. It was good for what we needed.

Perfect location

Property was in an ideal location. We could see the ocean from top balcony. Definitely one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Bedroom with red couch is the whole top floor and does not have a door but wasn’t a big deal because we are early risers, but could be noisy. Check in was very easy. Will definitely book again.

The proprty was neat and clean and s dort walk to beach.

The property was great. Clean and well stocked. The view and beach was awesome. Restaurants and grocery store was close. The reality at 30A was easy to work with.

Good spot for families

Needs some sprucing up in the kitchen. Pots and pans need replaced. Rest of house met our needs especially with children.

Great Location

The house was as presented on VRBO. Enjoyed the views from the middle level and 3rd floor bedroom! Really appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed the use of the bikes. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and the area was not as congested as Rosemary or Seaside. Overall a great place to stay and I would come back!

The property overall was an average stay. There were several inconvenient aspects. The worst part we had to call multiple times after our check in time to get our door code. We felt if we didn’t call we would’ve never received it. The condo inside could have been a bit cleaner at arrival. The floors were sandy and not clean so we didn’t feel comfortable without shoes. The view in the photos is not accurate due to new construction blocking the ocean view. If you plan on bringing a beach wagon or have small children know that the beach access is FIVE flights of steps after walking to the beach. (This is not the hosts fault just something to be aware of) The rails on the second and third floor balconies had damage and missing in some places which is VERY dangerous with children or pets. Only 2 of the four bikes were functional. Also, washer and dryer units are not efficient. It took 5 drying cycles and our clothes were still wet. Lastly, the microwave was broken upon arrival. On the brighter side, the third floor bed is very comfortable. Location is good compared to public beach access, and the pool is clean.

Spring Break 2022

Overall, this house had the right combination of everything that really mattered. Pet friendly, ocean view, lovely balconies and plenty of space, proximity to beach, nice neighborhood and location away from crowds in Alys Beach and the Hub at Seacrest. Would be made even better with a little TLC to the house.

New Years at InconSEAvable

We had a very nice stay over New Years 2020. The location was convenient to meeting our friends. It is a bit of a distance to Seaside so make sure you calculate that. The access to the beach is great. The house is very family and pet friendly but that also means it needs some TLC as it is worn and shows use.

Not clean

Good location, but steps to the beach are steep & long. There were cockroaches and lizards in the house when we arrived. they did offer to bring us bug spray. Everything else was fine but wouldn’t go back. This place has potential, just a cleanliness issue.

Disappointed

Very easy to book, check In and out. Great location and beach access. On the other hand the house was very dirty. Mold/mildew visible through out, walls are very dirty and In need of some serious paint. Carpet is pretty disgusting as well. The kitchen is in need of Tupperware and more drinkware. Fridge did not cool very well. The bushes outside are overgrown so you cannot see the ocean. Would not stay again unless updated throughout.

Diamond in the Rough

There are many pros to this property. Great location, spacious, stocked kitchen, great parking, nice balconies, and good amenities such as the bikes. Some issues must be addressed though. First the flooring., it was rather disgusting. The carpet had stains throughout the bedrooms and stairs. It looks as though it has never been shampooed. It is now past the point of trying to shampoo it. It needs to be replaced. As for the tile, there were several loose tiles and missing grout throughout the house. It needs to be professionally cleaned as the grout was filthy. The beds that we slept in were fine except for the King on the first level. It was rock hard and when I went to untuck the sheets I noticed the box spring was dirty with hair and crumbs. Luckily we had an extra room and were able to sleep there. As for the kitchen, it was well stocked but some of the kitchen items need to be thrown out. Several pots and pans could not be used because they were scorched or chipping. Glass coffee pot was a replacement and was too small to brew coffee without several plates under it. All closet doors need adjustment as they don't close properly. The kitchen table needs to be replaced as it collects food in the cracks for former house guests. This place is a Diamond in the rough. The cleaning and maintenance crew needs to spend some time here to get this place back to the gem you can tell it used to be.

Perfect size for ten, two families and a mother/grandmother. Listing pics were accurate. No issues while there but did have questions, host was very responsive. Very clean at check in. Good water pressure. We were concerned with the walk to the beach with our 80 year mother/in law but the walk was easy and quick. Good views from top and middle balconies. Kids loved the bikes. Everything we needed was there.

Great Place!

We loved our stay! The location was good, close to rosemary and just across the street from the beach. It was clean and put together. We were comfortable having our dogs there, as it wasn’t brand new furniture. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. It is close to a busy road, so I recommend white noise if you’re a light sleeper. We loved hearing the ocean from our balcony though!

The view was beautiful

The only issue we had was the carpet is very dirty, you could take a shower and walk from upstairs to downstairs and your feet would be black , the tile was also dirty , they need a new cleaning crew. Other than that it was a great place . Would rent again next year if it was cleaned better

As advertised and perfect for us

The property is in a great location and just a five minute walk to the public beach access. The building is close to two adjoining building, so the noise from spring breakers on the balcony next door was the only negative. It’s dog friendly, so the carpet had some blemishes where someone had obviously tried to us an iron to clean up something. Weird. Yet the unit was clean and well stocked and the cosmetic issues were minor to us. We were happy to have two dogs that got along fine in the unit and I’m happy to say are both house broken, so it wasn’t an issue for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to potential renters. The property managers were great to work with amd check in and out was a piece of cake.
