We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic and the amenities of the King and Prince resort were top notch.

Spectacular beach views in a very comfortable condo. We had a lovely 4th of July and enjoyed all the amenities of the King and Prince.

Beautiful view, wonderful accommodations, and host was extremely prompt when a tiny issue with the password ( my fault) occurred at initial check in. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is quiet and clean. Going to return. Thomas McCullough

A few glitches. The dish washer was filled with brown dirty water. We cleaned it. The light over microwave didn't work. The photo was a little deceiving. It looks like the beach is much closer, that might be an issue for old folks like us. Overall a good stay.

Room was great though it seemed a bit dated. Seemed very clean. Ocean view was wonderful. Property was wonderful. Balcony furniture needed to be replaced. Very worn and uncomfortable. The two sided shower looked wonderful but only one side worked. Light bulbs were mismatched. The gas leaked in the fireplace so we had to have someone come and shut off the line. The main bedroom bed was great but the second bedroom mattress was rutted from use and our guests had to sleep sideways. Needs replacing. Parking was very convenient as each unit had its own space. Unfortunately someone else decided to use it for a couple days. Room was well stocked and appliances were great. Whenever we had a question it was answered immediately and very friendly and helpful. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Great location.

Everything was wonderful with the trip from the communication, cleanliness, location, amenities, and the check out process. We will definitely stay here again!

Communication and attention to detail from our host was top notch before and during our stay. Highly recommend this property for location to restaurants and attractions, property amenities, and wonderful hosts!!

Great Thanksgiving week!

Another great stay in St Simon's! We really enjoyed the property! The view was fantastic and the until itself was very nice. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Peaceful Retreat

Property was comfortable and quiet. Best location on the beach. It is close to restaurants and many are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We LOVED this property! The view is AMAZING one of the best on the resort in our opinion. We stay at King and Prince a good bit and this property is one of the best ones! Clean, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The beds were very comfy and we had PLENTY of soft comfy pillows. We even found some beach chairs in the closet we used! Easy access to the pools and beach, just a short ride down the elevator or stairs. Parking spot made it easy to unload our luggage etc. The Host Erin was so helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed and always replied to my texts promptly. 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND!
