King and Prince Oceanfront Resort is located on St. Simons Island in a quaint village on the Atlantic Ocean that boasts huge live oaks dripping with Spanish moss, marshland views, and nature at its best. This historic place has excellent restaurants and wonderful shops as well as bicycle trails, golf courses, and tennis courts. The beach itself is very wide, ideal for walking, biking, flying kites, playing games, or just relaxing. The famous King and Prince Resort was voted "Georgia's Favorite Beach Resort" by the readers of Southern Living. You can affordably stay at this resort in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view condominium which is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. The balcony features wonderful views and ocean breezes. The condominium complex offers a private pool, hot tub, gas grills and secure, gated parking. The unit has its own assigned covered parking space. Our guests can walk to the village and the pier on the beach on back roads. Some of the best restaurants on the island and bike rentals are located just a couple of blocks from the unit.

You have access to the South Villa Condo pool, hot tub and grills. You DO NOT have access to the King & Prince main pool. No pets, No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events.

Have stayed here several times, and it never disappoints. There is a great view, convenient to Pier Village and restaurants, very clean and comfortable. Owner is very responsive.

This my girlfriend’s third year stay in this condo . The condo has been recently updated to a lovely ocean interior design .All amenities were provided . Easy contact with host if needed . The balcony view is perfect for morning coffee and adult beverages at night . I would recommend this stay for families or friends .

This is a very classy place with a great view! The king size bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable, which is a huge plus for me. Speaking of the master bedroom, it also has “blackout curtains”. We appreciate that as we like to sleep in when we’re on vacation. Overall, this place is great!

The unit is as advertised. It is a little dated but very well maintained. The location is great and the beach was amazing. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and a few maintenance issues. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the second time we have rented this condo. Owner is very responsive, and check in and check out are very easy. Condo was super clean and well furnished. There is a nice view from the balcony of the ocean, and the condo is convenient to several restaurants and Pier Village. We will stay here again.

Great property. Very clean and cute. Good ocean view. I would come back. Only downside is that the dehumidifier has to be emptied frequently or the air is damp. Small price to pay for ocean living.

Fantastic villa! Well appointed with tons of space and thoughtful touches (such as several USB charging ports throughout.) Parking was easy, check-in instructions clear and easy to follow, and the unit was spotless. Plenty of extra towels and pillows, shower had great water pressure, and bathrooms have good hair dryers (not typical cheap hotel grade.) Two pull-out beds in the living room so plenty of space for the whole family. Fridge has a prolific ice maker for those like us who need that first drink after a long drive to the beach. Beautiful ocean and pool view from balcony and a quick and easy walk to the beach. Buffy is the perfect host with prompt communication. We had a delightful stay and will definitely book this villa again. Thanks, Buffy!

Well appointed condo steps from the beach

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Close to everything and even walkable to many restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and space was very clean. Would definitely book again!

Great stay. Clean, nice set-up and perfect location. Only problem was no toilet paper on arrival and outlets in bathrooms didn’t work.
