Absolutely as advertised and added bonus was that the clubhouse featuring a beautiful pool extremely nice restaurant and bar was only steps away.The beach view from the private balcony was outstanding.Another added advantage of the location of the property was that within walking distance, you could enjoy the very quaint downtown restaurants, bars, and boutiques you did not have to rely solely on the beach as a daily entertainment.Would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay on St Simon and at the King and Prince condo. Property is clean, lovely and very conveniently located-within walking distance of numerous restaurants, Neptune Park, Saint Simon pier and lighthouse. The view from the patio is beautiful and property is as pictured.

Overall it was a good stay. The view and location of the property is amazing. Communication with the property manager was great. The one negative that I can say is the furnishings and unit itself are very dated and need some TLC.

Beautiful property! Great oceanfront view! All amenities, elevator, clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything. Restaurant on site and private pool. Close to lighthouse and pier. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful place, great view, responsive host, parking is very tight for large vehicles. Not formally allowed access to the main pool at the resort but there is a smaller pool available for condo renters. Would definitely recommend and will certainly return to the resort.

First of all...great view! And the balcony is accessible from both the living room AND the master bedroom, a nice touch. The property was clean, checking was seamless, and the amenities were ample. We didn't require much communication with the owners, but it was quick and easy. The only "ding" was the shower in the master bathroom. It was advertised as a double shower, i.e., two shower heads...and a detachable wand too. However, only the fixed showerhead worked. Not a big deal at all, but worth mentioning. We had a great time and the property was a big part of that. The ocean view, the pools, the proximity to some good eateries within walking distance (including Barrier Island Brewing), and being only a mile from everything on Mallery Street, and the value...great stay, great place, and we'll be back!

The whole experience was wonderful! The view is gorgeous the location on property is so convenient to everything. Not to mention the beds were so comfy! We had such a fabulous time!

Room could have been cleaned better. But the location is quiet and secluded with a perfect ocean view. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Was a perfect week long get away with my wife and children, perfect setting for rest and relaxation.

Loved the ocean view and King and Prince resort. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. There were no issues and the place is as advertised! We will stay there again!!!

Master bed and living room couch need replaced in their second floor listing -very slumped in the middle. Also, replace cookware/skillet. Master shower second shower head nor the wand work. Propane fireplace did not work not had instruction they could send. They offered to send someone by, but it warmed up the next day. Beware king tides in late October as beach wasn’t walkable, but it’s a beautiful view. Hot tub by the pool. Condo very close (4-5 minute walk) to good restaurants and brewery gastropub which saved the days we were there. Great location to all SSI sites. Excellent WiFi and cable, yet furniture uncomfortable. Roll cart to move in/out nice plus. Clean towels, good washer/dryer. Left a day early due to bed, couch and beach condition. Only sitting in side chairs isn’t a good option when staying multiple days somewhere. Just not comfy there. Balcony chairs also too low for view (other units had higher leg stools we noticed), plus no cushions. Just needs new things. We are ok with dated in style, but not ok with lack of comfort/worn out.

Great 2 BR condo. Clean and well kept. Nice views of beach and pool. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had most everything. Able to use all amenities of K and P. The only so-so thing would be that the couch could be more comfortable- It’s a sleeper sofa but sinks a little.
