Beautiful and affordable ocean front condos in town are very hard to find in Cozumel, you will be pleased with this beautiful blend of classic colonial style and modern elegance, this comfortable one bedroom has a king size bed with french doors for privacy, with a sofa bed in the living area if needed for an extra guest.
Two blocks from the ferry pier. Easy to catch a cab if you want to go scuba diving or snorkeling.
We have added new cleaning and safety protocols, disinfecting the entire apartment with a 3 day window between guests for your safety and ours. Ocean access is 1/2 block awayz

A real GEM!!

Awesome place to stay. Super clean and amazingly well stocked. Beautiful view of the ocean from the bedroom balcony. The owner/manager is wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Perfect location to be able to walk most everywhere.

Quite a lot of space for this apartment. Mexican decor in the center of town and activity.

The apartment is located next to one of the cruise ship ports and naval academy. We wanted an apartment to do some of our own cooking. There were plenty of spices and condiments to help with meal preparation. The refrigerator seemed small but surprisingly plenty of room. Being right on the water there was a constant breeze only closing the windows when we left and slept due to road activity. WiFi was excellent able to watch Netflix without any hiccups. Two things to consider: the toaster oven was not quite up to the task of toasting or warming things and while the bed had foam top the frame under neath still caused concern.

Great location

This little apartment was the perfect staging area for all of our activities in Cozumel. Everything you need for a safe, secure and comfortable stay on this beautiful little island.

The property was very clean and well maintained.

This property was in the perfect location for our stay on Cozumel. It was very well maintained and clean, and it was wonderful that the owner met us to show us the property herself. It was the perfect size for the two of us to stay at for a couple days. We definitely would consider staying again in the future.
