Condo is located just steps from the pool and beach access. Large Master Bedroom has ocean view. Located mid island near Memorial Park that has playground, tennis and volleyball. Beach view was perfect. Pool was amazing. The mold on ceilings in three different areas should be taken care of before next rental date. It should be inspected before every client and make them aware of the situation so the client can have an option of changing accommodations to possibly another location or full refund.

Overall, the condo and location were great. We did have an issue with the key in the lockbox. We were unable to open it. We had to rely on one key fob for our stay. The host was very responsive to our questions.

Great location and communication with host. Appreciated the elevator and covered parking. Public spaces were well cared for and pool looked like it would be great in warm weather. Rugs could use a good cleaning but overall space was well kept.

The ocean view was beautiful from the condo, however the side 'rails' of patio were concrete that blocked the view while sitting. Some comfortable furniture on the patio would have been wonderful. The pool was closed while we were there due to a deck being added to the pool. The linens and bathrooms were clean, which I appreciated, but the carpet needed a good shampoo cleaning and the floors and baseboards were not clean. Overall, if something is going to be dirty, I was glad it was only the floors. It was good enough for the week we spent there, but for the price I was expecting something a little nicer.

Sweet ocean views

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach and surf views were great. The kids loved the pool. The property was attractively decorated and centrally located. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Perfect spot for our girls weekend. Great location, beautiful sunrises and easy access to Savannah. Short walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants.

Perfect Getaway

The location of the property was perfect. The unit was so clean and we were RIGHT on the beach. Having the elevator open right up in the living room was such a fun touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning when we can come back!

Tybee Trip

Everything was nice except the condo needs a deep cleaning especially the carpet. The location was exceptional and the views are amazing! We would stay in this area again.

We left a day early because of the conditions in the unit. We will not return.The good: location is ideal. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. The bedrooms and baths are exactly as listed, which worked perfectly for our family. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were great.The not so great: the condo was clean-ish. Tile floors had ground-in dirt, and something on the couch cushions left marks on clothes. The awning on the porch was apparently broken and was being held together with wire ties, two of which were broken. The remote for the TV and bluray was missing so we couldn’t play the kids’ movies. One of the blinds in the master bedroom was missing the control rod so it couldn’t be opened. The key code to the stairwell door didn’t work.The poor: every day we were there, people were at the top of the stairs demanding entry. On Sunday the HOA president needed to check the smoke detectors (one had failed.) On Monday more workmen showed up to fix the detector. Later that morning we were apparently expected to let the housekeeper in while we were at the beach. When we got back, the elevator was down so we had to climb three flights of stairs. It wasn’t fixed until lunch time Tuesday, and by 5 pm it was down again and stayed down the rest of our stay. Tuesday afternoon another workman knocked and wanted to come inside and spray for pests. I told him no. That was when we decided to leave.
