Girls weekend

Perfect spot for our girls weekend. Great location, beautiful sunrises and easy access to Savannah. Short walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants.

Spacious and comfortable

We have stayed at this property several times over the years, and are never disappointed. Excellent views, protected parking, and all the amenities of home.

Perfect

Everything was great. We had plenty of space for me and my husband, my son and his wife, and my other son, his wife and our 2 grandchildren. The kitchen has anything you need with plenty of dinnerware and silverware for all. Overall the condo is beautiful with a beautiful view. It is located in a great location. The elevator is fabulous.

Girls trip!

Beautiful view from the balcony of the sunrise. We enjoyed watching the ships pass as well. Wonderful condo for 4 girls on a getaway. All the amenities were supplied. Instructions for check in and out were clear. Nice clean quiet property.

Beautiful view and location

The rooms were very big and accommodating. Master bath was huge. The view from the balcony was great with easy access to beach and pool. Tybee Island itself was peaceful and quiet.

Great view, spacious, well stocked

This property was excellent for our girls trip! There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked, the view was beautiful, and the distance to the beach was so close and convenient. We had a great trip!

Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this place! It was not crowded. It was such a short walk to the beach (just right past the pool). We had a 1 year old and a 2 month old and it was perfect for them as well! This condo had everything you need!

Our stay was perfect! The Condo was perfect, the view was perfect and the communication with the Property Mgr was perfect. My Mother is in a wheel chair and having the elevator in the Suite was Perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

It was a quiet spot and right by the beach. The place was clean and matched the description. I wish the balcony doors would have worked but we still enjoyed the view.

Lovely accommodations; we had a wonderful visit on Tybee, Island

The property was clean and a beautiful location. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. We didn't have to reach out to the property manager; gaining entry to condo took us a bit - we were about to reach out when a kind sole came from elevator and had a great suggestion.

A little bit of Paradise on the beach

Spent a couple of days in this condo. The cleanliness of the place was very inviting. Steps away from the beach and the most perfect sunrise view. Very family friendly environment, we had a blast, and we will be back for sure!

Great stay

If you’re looking for a nice, quiet spot, this is it! Great location. It’s on the north end of the island. Parking provided was extremely nice to have. The beach was not crowded and beach chair rentals are available right off the access beside complex. Ten minutes to light house and fort. Short drive to restaurants downtown. Also short drive to Bull Creek for kayaking and jet ski rentals. We came with teens and they enjoyed the amenities in the complex and the short walk to the beach. Only a few shops on this end of the island, but enough to fill the touristy needs. Enjoyed our time.

Nice location

Nice accommodations. Close to the beach. Not crowded on the beach. Pool was smaller than we hoped it would be. Everyone had a good trip. We did get woke up by repair work one morning but nothing bad.

70th birthday celebration

Came with friends, who varied on several days, so the washer/dryer was great for sheets & towel changes. The condo was furnished with everything we needed! Communication with the host was easy, when one of the guests mistakenly took a parking pass home. We walked to several places from the convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo at the beach

Great location, all the conveniences needed at the condo. Nice ocean/pool view. Plenty of room for our son in a wheelchair also and parking and elevator were also excellent for anyone with “mobility challenges”. Was a little confused about keys/access when we arrived (my bad; didn’t read the instructions carefully enough) but the owner picked right up to help when I called.

Nightmare at Tybee

We arrived after an unexpected ER visit in Tennesee, it was very confusing as our GPS took us to the address on our contract was the Desoto Hotel.Walking in the room I started taking pictures; filthy rugs, mold all over ceilings and several areas on the rug.Next day 8 am hammering on the roof began. I called management as screws were coming down on our deck then came the tarp under covering. The wonderful gentleman, Timm took pictures and cleans up.Our tv did not work in bedroom and Timm went out got a new box and fixed that.When we called management agent, she lied and told me they did not know they were working on the roof and she blamed the owner and the HOA for not telling her. VRBO was surprised when we sent pictures of mold screws, tarp, horrifically stained carpet.

Wonderful Place right on the Beach

It was a lovely unit with a great view of the beach and only steps from the beach. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and sugar shack. Beautiful cottage with lots of room and all of the essentials. The one issue was the door to the patio needed to be repaired but we received a discount for that and the owner worked with us on it. The owner was very nice and responsive. A wonderful place to stay! We will be back!

Location location location

Amazing location: to the beach, to shops and food. Wake up and watch the ocean! Cannot be beat. Cold AC: Come back inside from a hot day walking and felt refreshed. Washer and dryer: I know what machines I will be buying for our family next! Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Plenty of beds for the six of us. Great television options. Easy communication to the host. Very easy. Dishwasher was great. Beds were comfy. Parking was safe and easy. Recommendation: bring beach towels and chairs. We will come back.

The time of year was great except for hurricane season. We will be back!!

We loved our condo and the convince was great. The elevators I liked but they would open when other guests were on it so I sometimes didn’t feel real safe. They could have walked right into our condo.

Didn't want to leave

Property is nice and clean, view was amazing. Felt very safe and secure. This is one of the best stocked properties we've ever rented. Easy to get in and out, super convenient parking. My only complaint has zero to do with the property itself. The condo on the opposite of the elevator side watched movies fairly late and extremely loud. Must have an amazing sound system. Not sure if that was just another short term guest or a resident, but it was just a mild inconvenience. We will be back for another stay here for sure.
