Gorgeous Beachside Colony condo nestled in beautiful Tybee Island. Unit 631 is a 3rd-floor, end unit boasting fantastic ocean views from the balcony. This is the best unit in the Gull Reef building! Beachside Colony has 2 brand new pools, one heated. Pools are open all year long! Adjacent to the pool is the highly-rated The Deck restaurant and poolside bar. Beach and ocean views from the balcony. Located across from Memorial Park with a playground, sand volleyball, and tennis. Beachside Colony now has a private grilling area right at the bottom of the building!

Great location

Loved the easy access to the pool area and very short walk to the beach. Parking was easy and condo was very nice. I would stay there again!

Very close to beach and nice to have a restaurant on site. Pool was nice for the kids and clean. Rooms were clean and nice.

There was a leak in the master bedroom that made us unable to sleep in that room the first night. Maintenance was in and out over the next two days fixing the leak. The host did not apologize or offer any refund for the inconvenience of our trip being interrupted and not being able to use one bedroom for the night.

The property accommodated, our family of five adults perfectly! All the amenities that were in the unit were great and useful all week. Property location is a north side of the island. Very easy walk to the beach and pool. Elevator located very close to unit which was also helpful.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, including thoughtful extras that are often overlooked, like aluminum foil. The location was also very convenient—being right next to the elevator and the grilling station made coming and going easy. We especially appreciated that the grills were gas, which was a nice modern touch.There were a couple of minor issues. The stove and microwave could have been a little cleaner, but I understand how difficult it can be to keep everything spotless when not every guest treats a property with the same level of care. Check-in was also a bit confusing at first because there were three locks on the door, and it took a moment to figure out which one to use. Additionally, be sure to keep your entry code handy, as you'll need it throughout the property.Overall, these were small inconveniences compared to an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend this condo to others looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to vacation.

We had a great stay here. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Great locations and the hosts were very responsive. We’d stay here again.

Clean. Plenty of towels. Ocean view and breeze. Master bed is really tall/high. Not a good fit for elder vacationers. Overall great space - would stay again!
