This spacious top floor waterfront condo has amazing views, grounds, and lake access. Have your coffee on your private balcony overlooking the island's most picturesque sunrises and Perry’s Monument. Enjoy unobstructed stargazing from the top floor balcony! Enjoy backyard bbq on the lake or simply relax and listen to the waves. Located close to downtown but far enough away for you to relax. Our place is ideal for couples or small families. This is a quiet 12-unit building with some year-round residents so please no parties!

Friendly host

Great host and great location, few minutes drive to downtown. Recommend to come to the island between may-sep. we stayed on October and many place has closed. Thanks for the noon check out flexibility. Wish the building roof remodeling people did not come during the guest stay. It could be dangerous when the top stuff drop to the head. The cleanness of stairs needs attention. The property itself is clean

Great property!

The property is in a great location-close to town but quiet. Chris is an amazing host. He answered all my questions promptly. And they thought of lots of small touches that made the condo even better. Live flowers on the balcony, luggage racks to put suitcases on, spice rack with spices in the kitchen, etc. The view is perfect. The condo nice and clean. I would recommend Chris and the property!

Nice Condo with a view

We picked this as a little getaway for our anniversary. It was a nice condo for the 2 of us. A little walk from the main road so it was nice and quiet. Beautiful view! Kitchen had all we needed. The Brita pitcher in the fridge was a nice touch so we didn’t need to buy water bottles. Also had coffee for the coffee pot and Keurig. Very clean! We had an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Little Getaway

We enjoyed staying here! It was perfect for us! The view off the balcony is amazing! Chris (the manager of the condo) was very helpful along the way! He answered any questions that we had and helpful tips for the island was great too! The condo was cleaned up and ready when we arrived! We actually got access sooner than our check in time which worked out great! You will love it here!

Perfect location and very nice.

Would have liked a better a/c set up but it did work ok. Glad I brought my dishwasher (husband) along! Neither were a big deal just a surprise.

April showers bring May flowers.

Chris was so helpful and nice. Easy to work with. Checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was perfect with beautiful view. The only disappointment for me was the weather-rainy with high winds so i couldn’t sit outside on balcony. Could see the water from inside. Would like to come back when not so cold and rainy.

Great Location!

The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. They had everything you might need during your stay. The location was super convenient and an easy walk to all the bars, restaurants, and shopping on the island.

Best on the Island

We come to PIB every year. This is our first time staying in this condo. In my opinion, it's the best affordable option. You are close enough to downtown to walk, but far enough away to get a quiet sleep. The view out the back windows and on the balcony is incredible. The A/C worked great and kept us comfortably cool. The place was immaculate, well stocked with everything you'll need to cook, had plenty of paper products and towels, and Chris checked in and was a great host. I would highly recommend!!

Comfortable, convenient and quiet

We add an easy walk to all the hoopla and yet we came back to a clean, comfortable place. And the communication with the owner was quick and helpful

The property is exactly as described with a beautiful view. Great, quiet location but can easily access downtown.The owner was very helpful in regard to questions about the island. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Girl's Weekend Getaway

Fantastic Property that had everything that we needed. Very clean and was a perfect location, close enough to downtown that we could go and enjoy the areas that we wanted, yet far enough away that we were also secluded to just visit and enjoy each other's company. The host was phenomenal, extremely responsive and exceeded our expectations for providing information and recommendations. He even accommodated our last minute extended stay for an additional night, could not have asked for a better host!! I'd give a 10 star rating if I could!!

Wonderful condo!

This is our second time staying in this condo. We absolutely love it!! It’s perfect for our family of four. It’s clean, spacious, and quiet. Great views of the lake! Chris was great and made communication easy! We will absolutely be back.

Perfect location with a wonderful view.

This condo has an amazing view. Quiet but very close to town. Condo was clean and cozy. The owner responded to us quickly. Overall it is perfect!

Put In Bay perfect weekend

The property was within walking distance to all of the festivities downtown, yet totally peaceful and serene at night. The morning sun and the lapping waves 70 feet from our balcony, what a treat! We’d do it again. Chris and Colleen are thoughtful hosts. We had perfect fall weather. Light sweater, cool breeze, warm sun. The island has great food. Perfect sausage gravy at the Frosty Bar, Perfectly BBQ’d moist chicken at the Chicken Patio, and Hearty lobster bisque at the Boardwalk. Morning sun with a cup of tea on the balcony at Chris and Colleen’s. Fresh air, perfect to catch up on your favorite book. Basil and Elizabeth 9/25/22

Great get away !

Very clean, great view & location! Very pleasant condo & unit for quiet lake relaxation. Chris was very helpful & responsive. 3rd floor has best view but does require 3 short flights of stairs.

Put in Bay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this rental. The condo was clean and functional upon arrival. Proximity to downtown was excellent. It was just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo was excellent size for two, but 4 adults would be tight. My only concern was the noise level with the portable air condition running. The view from the deck was beautiful. I would stay there again.
