Beautiful condo in a great location

My husband, a native Phoenician, and I moved to Florida a few years ago. Even he was surprised this location was incredibly convenient to every single thing we did over our three week stay. Additionally, I love that the property is so close to Mayo, and so miles and miles of running trails.

Great accommodation and location

The property was perfect and a great location. The host Diania was exceptional. She greeted us and is very accommodating. One of the best hosts we have ever had at any of our VRBO rentals.

Clean and neat Villa; responsive host.

Villa was comfortable and well furnished. The owner/host is very responsive and easily accessible. The villa development is overall quiet but this rental unit is close to Bell Road which has high traffic volume. Apparently there is no noise ordinance enforcement on Scottsdale streets so loud vehicles are frequently heard from 5:30 in the morning until 10:30 or later in the evening. It can become quite annoying during an extended stay.

Great accommodations in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Scottsdale. The condo was elegantly remodeled. Diania was was always available and had great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

Terrific home away from home

Great location, easy access to all highways/loops. Quiet neighborhood, which was great. Patio area wonderful, and the pool and facilities were very clean! Home was well described and maintained. Loved our stay!

Condo with Everything

Fantastic home away from home!!!!!

The townhouse was beautiful! It was beautifully decorated and had a high quality decor! The location in north Scottsdale was perfect. Our hostess was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating! The whole experience made for a wonderful vacation! We look forward to returning!

Beautiful Condo!

Nice place!

This place has lots of room and is comfortable. It was in a nice location too. It was very hot when we were there so we went to the pool but the water was too cold. We were a bit disappointed in that but everything else was nice.

Great stay

This place was very high end from the appliances, to the beds to the linens to the bathrooms, to the home decor. There was everything you would need. The bed was so comfy and we got many a nights good sleep. Location was very convenient to many shops and restaurants. Our host Diania was amazing and VERY accommodating. Thank you for everything!

Immaculate!!

Don't hesitate to rent this beautiful and clean property! The furnishings and decor are exactly as shown. Luxurious linens and very comfortable beds. The 2 car private garage was an added bonus! We were close to the best restaurants and shopping that Scottsdale has to offer! We will rent again.

This is a beautiful updated condo. Amazing attention to detail. Very clean. Great location. Kitchen well equipped and spacious bedrooms. Quaint outdoor seating area. Host prompt in returning emails calls or texts. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Very nice and very convenient with a great host!

Communication with the host was excellent prior to arrival. At arrival we were met and given a tour of the rental along with a brief overview of some surrounding things to do. The property is very quiet and super clean. The bed in the primary bedroom was great! All the comforts of home with everything working as it should, the outdoor patio is really nice. The neighborhood seemed very safe and centrally located, especially to the Kierland Commons area. The garage is a nice bonus. The pool area is just steps away and very clean with nice loungers. Overall, this a very nice property with excellent amenities and a very attentive host. The property is a strong value and we would stay here again without hesitation!
