Romantic Downtown Hideaway

This building was completed in June 2019. There are three units in the building, and this one is 1200 square feet of pure luxury to relax and unwind. It has an industrial vibe with concrete floors, black tile kitchen and baths, and views of Lookout Mountain and the Chattanooga Choo Choo. Gorgeous hideout that is spacious, light filled, and design led. New furniture. High speed internet and smart TV. Privacy galore, free parking, central location, and walk everywhere.

This unit is located on the 2nd floor and is not handicap accessible. Please no pets and no children under 12.

We loved the condo, so modern with all the amenities. The location was about a mile walk to the river but Chattanooga is very walkable. There were great restaurants close by. Nancy and Jackie were great hosts. Would stay again!!

Our stay was fantastic. Nancy is a great host. Location is downtown & no more than 15 minutes from anything you want to do. Clean, quiet neighborhood (minus the EMT Pod that's close by. Great time staying on our anniversary weekend. 10/10. Parking was easy, painless. Aquarium was minutes away.

The location was close to a popular coffee shop. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. We received excellent communication from the owners. Planning to stay again in the near future.

Nancy was great at communicating with fast responses and recommendations on where to eat in the area. Free street parking was always available right across from the entrance and easy to get in and out. Lots of places within 5-10 min walk to eat and everything else was no more than a 15-20 min drive so great location. The main street near us was a little loud in the evening with loud muscle cars but they calmed down later in the night and didn’t seem to notice or bother us. Overall would definitely recommend!

Great 3 nights in Chattanooga! This listing was perfect for us.. great space, everything we needed to get started was there, parking a non-issue, clean and comfortable. The location was close to lots of restaurants within easy walking distance and most everything else a short drive. Great stay.. would def stay again next time we’re in the area. Thanks Nancy!

The place was beautiful and well decorated. The beds and linens were so comfortable and the space was very quiet in a somewhat noisy area of town. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils. The checkout process was very easy and much appreciated :-) Groceries and activities were well within distance of the space and I highly recommend eating at Riverdance. It’s a short drive away but well worth it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to getaway to the Chattanooga area.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Perfect location. You are in walking distance to several restaurants. We were there for our granddaughter’s graduation and it is very close to UTC which was very convenient. Nancy was so kind to answer all the questions I had and one of the best host we’ve encountered.

The property was clean and very convenient for accessing downtown Chattanooga. I was in town for a running event and the start/finish was right down the street. It was super easy to get to numerous restaurants. The host was very quick to respond to all my questions.

This was one of the best apartments I've stayed at. The apartment itself was beautifully constructed. It was incredibly clean. The hosts were amazing and were extremely attentive. The location was walk-able to many restaurants and the stadium. If I ever overnight in Chattanooga again, I would only reserve it with Nancy.

We enjoyed our girls trip to Chattanooga! Love the condo so much we did takeout one night and stayed I the condo. It was so beautiful and comfy!

We were bringing my mom to see her granddaughter who goes to school at UTC. My mom’s 87 walking is a challenge but it all worked out! Nancy and Jacky were amazing hosts. The place was beautifully decorated and we can tell how much it is loved. Great short walks to Stir and Honey Seed (fabulous happy hour and their grits are to die for)! Highly recommend this vacay rental!

This was a comfortable place in the right location. Two blocks from our son and walking distance to most restaurants and breweries. The host was awesome and had water and coffees as a welcome. Thank you. We will be back and would love to stay here again.
