The open living area has a large flat screen Smart-TV, comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa and balcony access. The balcony offers seating and a beautiful view of the water and Tybee sunsets. This property has an updated kitchen with an oven/stove top and a full-size fridge, no dishwasher and kitchen seating for 4. The bedroom has a King bed and a Smart TV, and convenient charging stations on the nightstands. This condo will sleep up to 4 comfortably.

This condo offers in-unit high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

POOLS: Pools are currently open daily from Noon to 2:45 pm and 3:15-6 pm, with limited occupancy. (subject to change, based on HOA Guidelines).
