This 2 level 1500 square foot 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom chalet sleeps 10 comfortably and has vast amenities to accommodate your Ellicottville adventure. Persons who are interested in renting this property must be 30 years of age or older and need to provide government identification in order to rent same. If the guest doesn’t provide government identification before check in they will forfeit payment and be denied access to the property. No parties nor unaccompanied children may rent this property nor stay at same. The unit features 2 living room areas with flat screen tvs, full kitchen, dining room with walkout porch to enjoy the mountain views, master suite with flat screen tv and loft, and much more. Combines peaceful serenity of breathtaking mountain view and country living but within walking distance of the charming Village of Ellicottville.

Great ski weekend location

As an older ski home that has been updated it’s a great value for the area. Three nice bedrooms downstairs and a nice master on the top floor. Fireplace in main family room heats up the whole house on a snowy day. My only feedback to the owners would be different bed sheets on master bed, they kept slipping off. A minor inconvenience, but something to share. Overall really enjoyed the place, nice views of Holimont. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience

Beautiful home and great location. The house was very clean and the manager was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to experience Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort.

Great space for a group or family

This was a great house that was well-appointed for a group. The view of the Holimont slopes is lovely - we enjoyed watching the groomers at night! And it is super toasty warm (we found ourselves turning down the heat so we could use the fireplace). Check-in would be simpler if they simply gave you a door code rather than having to alert them when you first arrive and when you are leaving, but otherwise, our stay was most enjoyable.

Wonderful property and experience, but lucky our group was smaller than planned

The place was clean, communication was wonderful, the views were incredible, beautiful spot, quiet. The only complaint was that there were fewer beds than described in the listing. Bedroom 4 says it has 2 bunk beds (implying 4 sleeping spots) and two king beds when it only has 1 bunk bed with no king beds anywhere. Fortunately we had a few guests back out so we had enough space for everyone, but if our full team came we would not have had enough sleeping spaces.

Nice property. Great location to town and Holiday Valley

Had a fun one night stay. House is nice, easy to get to and convenient to town and Holiday Valley. Some things have been nicely updated and others could use it. Freezer was full of frost so not totally useable. All bedrooms except one are on the lower level (entry level). Living room & kitchen & one bedroom are on second level. Owner was readily available which was really nice. It’s a nice place for a group of people all wanting to stay in one place.

Perfect option for 2 families

We were looking for an option close to downtown, and would fit 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We we pleasantly surprised with this chalet, as it was the perfect mix of location, space and charm. Great family room for all to gather and 4 bedrooms worked great. We would definitely recommend and stay again for future trips.
