The San-A-Bel complex offers an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, charcoal grill, and a gym. The parking garage allows for covered shady parking. Great location

Place was clean,fully equiped, even had beach chairs and toys, if you have children. Bedrooms were small, bed was very comfortable. Good parking.

Great location

Really liked the location right on the water. Spent hours on the balcony watching the waves, beach, people, and sunrise. Building is older with small bedrooms and bathrooms, but otherwise was well satisfied. Great for a "beach" experience.

Everything you need for a perfect stay!!

Such a cute place with fantastic views. Steps from beach and large hot tub that is fabulous. Very clean and have everything you need. Large back porch is where we spent most of our time. One of my favorites!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in NMB. The building was quiet and well looked after. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had lots of equipment if you wanted to cook. The only negative I would give is that I was disappointed that I couldn't open a bedroom window.

Great views and light in this corner unit!!

Overall, we had a great experience. The property could use a deep clean, but was tidy and functional. The kitchen has been given a nice facelift and is small, but had pretty much everything we needed. On days we needed to stay out of the sun, the views from the balcony and 2nd to none! Easy beach access, convenient garage parking, on site recycling, a restaraunt right next door with awesome outdoor seating and views. We would definitely come back!

Just the vacation we needed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Immaculate condo, perfect location. Owner Direct even helped me figure out the remotes when I messed something up. They recommended something when in the office and scheduled someone to stop by the next morning if that was needed, but their advice worked! Condo was well appointed. Yes, like others said the bedrooms are small, but here you spend room in the living area and on the gorgeous corner balcony!

Adorable is absolutely an accurate title of this unit

I booked last minute on-line and received instructions through an email and a personal call from property management. Upon arrival to rental office, I was greeted with a smile which was greatly appreciated after driving 11 hours straight to reach destination. The unit was indeed an adorable end unit. I wanted for nothing.

Nice views on corner unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time in North Myrtle Beach staying in this unit. It's small, but is functional. We were surprised with the nice beach chairs furnished by the owner, along with a blue tooth speaker to take to the beach. The balcony is awesome and being on the end, we got a lot of natural light into the condo. It would be nice if each room had a ceiling fan like the ocean side bedroom, but the condo stayed cool and comfortable. There wasn't a blender (which would've been nice for a frozen concoction) but otherwise, we had everything we needed.

Awful experience!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was not safe!!! The elevators were making all sorts of noise, they were shaking and when I talked to the employees of the rental they said they didn't do maintenance!!!! Well they sure didn't make me feel safe! I had my elderly mother with me and didn't feel like this was a safe place at all! The staff was rude and not helpful at all.!!!

Disappointing lack of communication

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As far as the condo itself, we were satisfied with that, particularly the corner oceanfront balcony which we spent the majority of our time. The kitchen and bedrooms are quite small and not much closet space. The rental company itself is a different story and that is the lack of communication. I simply cannot get responses to my emails, as of yesterday evening the phone message has been updated to say they are currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you cannot leave a message and they have “limited” access to emails. During the last month before our vacation began on May 24th I could not get in touch with anyone and it was a stressful time due to travel bans in our home state, however I was able to speak with the insurance representative with the vacation insurance I purchased, as we had considered canceling our plans all together, she had no trouble getting in touch with them, it took me three emails, the last one being very direct voicing my frustration at the lack of communication, before I finally received a response. Upon arrival, due to the office being closed on Sunday, we checked into the “closet” which is at the back of the building and contains your binder, instructions and keys, which is acceptable to me, seeing as the office was closed. However, the unacceptable part is on Monday morning, or any day, during our 8 day stay did we receive a call or an email welcoming us, asking us if everything was fine with our check in. We discovered the pool, hot tub and gym were all closed, this was apparently decided a week prior to our arrival by the HOA, this also was not communicated to us, I did reach out in email and surprisingly received a response the next day, this was the ONLY email response. In the binder it states we would receive a departure email two days prior to our checkout, absolutely nothing! We checked out Monday morning at 7:40 am and not one word of communication, I even emailed yesterday afternoon and again noth

And when we got back we were able to go right next door for dinner with an ocean view at Molly Darcy’s. The balcony brought us so much peace and tranquility. 2024 Vacation

100% the best location in North Myrtle, we fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked in. Beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was very clean. We loved the wrap around balcony and rocking chairs. Will most definitely rent again next year!

A much needed reset!!

MB 2023 Vacation
