Lakehouse Retreat With Open Water & Amazing Views - Sleeps 12

Come and relax at our charming lakehouse nestled on Cedar Creek Lake that offers amazing views. This lakehouse boasts a spacious 1000+ wrap-around porch and a large shaded yard that is great for relaxing and enjoying a game of cornhole, fishing off the wall, watching people swim or reading your favorite book.

Over 140' of waterfront access is included with a dock available to tie up your PWC or boat.

Enjoy the property by settling in on the back deck and watching our beautiful Texas sunsets, grill out using the propane grill then enjoy relaxing under the stars perched around the fire pit, making smores and creating wonderful memories with your loved ones.

The property has plenty of space for parking 12+ vehicles along with your boat or jet ski trailer.

55" LED Smart TV (Netflix, etc.) and a DVD player are located in the great room along with a variety of cards, games and puzzles for everyone to enjoy. Each of the 3 bedrooms offers a 55" smart TV - which is a must have when traveling with kids. We offer a wide variety of life jackets and a large comfy hammock to relax in. Also, a Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request.

Just a quick 30 minute drive to the First Monday Trade Days in Canton and the perfect place to unwind after some fantastic shopping!

Great Stay and Home!

The home was even better in person than we expected. Communication was excellent with the owner. The view of the lake with outside seating was perfect. We are a picky group about cleanliness, but had no issues. Everything was really clean. It’s the perfect place for several couples. If you are going to Canton, it’s an easy drive there. Will definitely recommend to others!

Lake House Retreat

This property met our needs perfectly and was a comfortable place to stay. The property owners were accommodating for all of our needs. The property is one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. We would definitely recommend people staying here and if I’m ever in the area again I will be sure to rent this property again.

Wonderful property!

We loved our stay at this beautiful waterfront home. Everything was even better than pictured or described. The home is beautifully decorated and well supplied. We loved having our coffee on the wrap around porch in the morning as we watched the sun rise! We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was a welcome respite away from the city. Highly recommend this home!

Amazing lake house!!

The lake house was perfect, clean, huge yard, and has everything needed to enjoy your stay! The lake house is even better than pictures and the hosts are great. Lots of room inside and outside with plenty of comfortable beds. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Awesome getaway!

This spacious, comfortable and well appointed home was the best yet for our annual getaway with friends. The wrap around deck doubles the living and eating areas. The lot is well shaded and we had a great time playing board games on the deck and corn hole in the yard. We ended our second night around the fire pit making s'mores and enjoying the beautiful weather and conversation. Can’t wait to return with friends and family. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful vacation home.

This home had everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was large enough for several cooks. The bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. The patio was beautiful with so much space. So many things there for fun that we did not have time to do everything. My only complaint was that one bedroom was outside. Other than that everything else was fabulous.

Lake trip

I believe this is the 4th time we have rented this house. We always have a great time. The house if fully stocked with everything that you need or may have forgot. Great location of the house, very convenient to get to nearby grocery stores. The property manager is great to work with.

Park like setting

Very comfortable place with beautiful yard and a lot of lake front for fishing, swimming and everything else. The owners were very responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property with huge lawn that our whole family enjoyed. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of beach towels and life jackets. Owners were great with communication. We tied our boat up to their dock - excellent location on the lake. Walmart was close by and easy to make a quick grocery run. Wish we owned this property ourselves! Wonderful !

Awesome lake house

What a wonderful property. The pictures depict it perfectly. The beds are all comfortable and the bedrooms each have their own bath so this would be great for families sharing space. The kitchen is extremely nice. Everything you need to cook up wonderful dinners. The grill is top of the line. There's just nothing bad to say about this place. We had a minor plumbing issue late on Saturday, but I called the owner and he had a plumber there within an hour and the problem was fixed. Awesome, awesome, awesome. We will be back soon!

Lake Living

Our stay was perfect.. The house was clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, roomy and had activities for every age. We range from ten to eighty-one.. Fishing was the greatest attraction along with corn hole competitions, consistently won by the grandparents. The owners were wonderful and they were quick to respond to questions.. The pictures provided didn’t do justice to the beauty of both the house and the expansive, well manicured outdoors. We would truly enjoy a longer stay..

Loved our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here everything was very clean, everything we needed was at the property, the location was wonderful, very quiet and relaxing. Our host were very easy to reach whenever we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this place if you are wanting to relax and enjoy the lake life!

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our time. Yard was big and fenced, perfect for our little dog. Kitchen was well equipped and a dream to cook in. Great place to get away and relax.

Beautiful Lake House

This is the 2nd time our ladies Canton group have enjoyed this beautiful home. The beds are comfortable, it’s very well furnished inside and out and the kitchen was well equipped and well organized! Relaxing 9 Days on Beautiful Lake Lot.

Just spent nine days relaxing floating eating and just enjoying this beautiful lake lot. The yard is totally fenced in for you pets, the lake was low, but still able to float up & down the beach areas. The house is decorated so cute and had everything we needed & more. Thanks we will be back!

Great property for a vacation

This property was very clean and well stocked to make our time there very enjoyable. The kids found a variety of outdoor equipment there as well as videos and games for play inside the house. Items for time in the lake were a plus, such as life jackets, noodles, and a kayak. The bathrooms and the kitchen were stocked with essential items, which provided any item you could possibly need. We were really pleased with the fenced yard that accommodated our dog. This property is highly recommended. J. Myers

Great Review from All!

This is a wonderful property, right on the water. A lovely near wrap around back porch that allows for several areas where people can sit alone or in groups. The space easily accommodates twelve family members or close friends. It is well equipped, clean, and easy to locate. It is very near a Wal-Mart and Family Dollar store for any thing you may need to purchase. We had a breaker flip in the kitchen and the owner responded promptly, the problem solved immediately. Have stayed her three times in the past with different people. All have absolutely loved it!
