Thank you so much for your review. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and the nearby dining, especially Flippers! We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the hot water. There was hot water available, but the shower is a European-style fixture that works a bit differently than most guests are used to. Had we known there was any concern during your stay, we would have been more than happy to come by and show you how it works or assist right away. We appreciate you sharing this feedback so we can be clearer for guests moving forward. We’re grateful for your understanding and are so glad to hear you’d rent with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great stay!
