Located in Rim Village, this lovely vacation condo offers guests a comfortable and convenient home away from home with gorgeous views, a shared hot tub and pool (both open seasonally), as well as close proximity to town. This rental is suitable for families, multiple couples, and small groups who are looking for a variety of outdoor activities in addition to in-town convenience and space for plenty of rest and relaxation. This one-level home is great for guests with physical limitations, and there's plenty of space for all your recreational vehicles and gear! You will have access to a furnished patio also equipped with a private gas grill for cookouts!

Beautiful, Clean, and Comfortable Stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The house was stunning and Spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely consider returning in the future! Very near to the Arches NP and Moab downtown.

Lovely Condo

We had a lovely weekend in Moab, celebrating our anniversary. The condo was nice, in a quiet area, and had almost everything you could ask for. The key-code lockbox is funky, so it took several tries each time to get it to make it through the entire code before unlocking. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful home

This home is more than what is described. It is spacious, clean, well decorated and taken care of, comfortable, very short walk to pool and hot tub, close to all Moab activities, and close to 2 National Parks. Vacasa is amazing in taking care of their customers… answers immediately.

Comfortable, but good use some improvements

Overall, the 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo was in good condition. Small things make a difference for us. We appreciated the dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, cooler, pool noodles, and there was enough toilet paper for the 3 nights we stayed for 4 people. The vaulted ceilings made the space fill much bigger, and the primary bathroom was huge. The street and neighborhood are very quiet. You can see the tops of the red cliffs from the living room from one of the windows. Some things to consider that would improve the property, if the owners would like to add them: pizza cutter (used a knife to get the job done), tissues (had to use toilet paper to blow noses), new frying pans or cooking spray (making pancakes was a disaster), and coffee filters that fit the coffee machine would have saved a ton of time fishing out floating coffee grinds. There was also a layer of dust around the entire kitchen backsplash, a creepy spider (now deceased) in the corner of the primary bedroom, and a weird dirt/weed circle in the yard. We might have missed in the description that we had to take our trash to the dumpster, but we ended up making a few car trips to do that. There was an issue with 2 of the 3 bathroom sinks not draining, but maintenance came out the day of to fix. It's an 18-minute drive to the entrance of Arches National Park. We didn't use the outdoor grill or table because it was too hot to cook and sit out on the patio, but they are there. The living/kitchen area are nice too.

A/C was horrible

We arrived to find that the owner had the a/c thermostat locked to a small range of temperature settings. The fridge and freezer were set to a warm temperature, we almost lost food waiting for it to cool down. The floors in the kitchen were sticky. The Vasca team were helpful where they could be but the a/c situation made this place a disappointment for the money. I will not be back! Check before you book this place if you are used to a comfortable temperature it gets hot fast!!!!!!!

Moab vacation

The house was very nice as shown in VRBO. However be aware that in the secondary bedroom there was no ceiling fan or any portable fan. The bed was a smallish queen. Other than that is was ok.

Beautiful and comfortable getaway!!!

Beautiful getaway place! Would have given 5 stars but their response via message on VRBO app was nonexistent. I had to call to Vacasa directly to get in touch with them. Decor of the home complimented the area very well and made the memories that much better! So much space for the 5 of us. Clean place and perfect location as base camp for the endless outdoor activities. Would recommend to anyone with a family.

Great place

Very nice townhouse

We had plenty of room for our truck and trailer as well as my nieces sprinter in the driveway. The house was very quiet and stayed cool during the warmer days. Only thing I must mention if you have trouble getting up from a sitting position do not rent this place due to the toilets being way too low to the ground. I have a herniated disc that made me struggle getting up and down off those low rider toilets. Other than that this was very comfortable for 4 people and was very clean.

Awesome place in Moab

The place was awesome!! Short ride into down town Moab in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place had all of the amenities including two natural gas fireplaces to warm up the bedroom and living room quickly after a long day exploring out in the cool weather. The place was spotlessly clean and the check in and check out were painless.

Mostly great with a few places that could improve

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The place was open and spacious and we loved the layout, especially the master suite with the comfy bed and the huge bathtub! The two huge televisions were a welcome bonus, and we enjoyed the fireplace in the bedroom and master suite. The only areas where we think they could improve is clarity in the check in process and water heat. We arrived at night and were told that the key was "by the grill". However, as we later discovered, the grill had been put away for the winter. Not wanting to snoop around, we ended up driving around wondering if there was a community grill that we had missed. It turns out the key was in a lock box on a wooden post by the door... That explanation would have got us there without any confusion and saved us quite a bit of time and frustration. Thankfully, the hosts were pretty responsive when we reached out with this question. The second area was the hot water heater. The bathtub is quite large, and we found that even a full hour water tank was not enough to heat a full tub for a bath, even to moderately warm levels. As this was perhaps the area of the house that we were most looking forward to, it was disappointing that we couldn't utilize the tub the way we wanted to. These two small issues aside, we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

This was a clean property abs very very nicely decorated. Lots of television options. Fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom were warm and made for a nice ambiance. The master bedroom mattress wasn't the greatest and twice I had to reattach the master toilet flushing chain.

Comfortable Adobe hime

Great place on the outskirts of town. Very comfortable home, great everything. No complaints other than lack of Kleenex and maybe some amenities like olive oil and Saran Wrap, etc. Thankful there was a little salt and pepper to use.

Amazing Condo

This was a very comfortable & clean condo. The location was perfect for us. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything about the condo was perfect. The bed was really comfortable & the decor in the condo was really true to the location. We would stay here again for sure. Price was reasonable as well. Thank you!

Beautiful Location

The condo was very clean and updated. It was quiet and peaceful and we would stay again. The only comment that we have is that the outside lights do no work.
