A lovely townhome just 5 miles from Moab city so a great home base from which to explore national and state parks in the area. Very well appointed and stocked with the must haves. Really a great place to stay.

This property made for a great stay in Moab, Ut. It is just outside of Downtown Moab, making it super convenient. It is a out 15 to 20 minutes from Arches NP and an hour and half from The Needles Canyonlands. The property was very clean and relaxing. The back porch was relaxing at night to view the sunsets and look at the stars. The road noise is pretty loud but not a game changer. We will definitely be returning!

The accommodations were great. Nice having 2 masters. Gave our son the bigger room, we took the room with the smaller bathroom with the tub since I like to soak after a long day of hiking. We wished the complex had another hot tub since it was always taken up by a large family with kids. We would stay there again.

They make you check in at 4 PM but check out at 10 AM, so it’s not a full 24 hours.We rented it for the Hot Tub, but it was occupied for all three days—we never got to use it.There was a bad smell in the kitchen—maybe the garbage disposal—but we didn't spend much time there; we were out sightseeing and on tours all day.Everything else was fine.

This condo was a great convenient location situated outside the bustle of downtown Moab. It was clean, comfortable and functional. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub nightly after a long day exploring the canyonlands. We had 4 adults and all agreed the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, however small and fit 2 people at a time. We had some constant highway noise which was not an issue for either couple. The air conditioner also created noise every time it kicked on, but worked very well for cooling. The management was very easy to communicate with and responded immediately when we had any questions or concerns. We really appreciated that!
