In light of the COVID-19, we wanted to re-assure all guests that we take cleaning very seriously and have the best and most thorough cleaning crew on Lake Hamilton, safely and properly cleaning the property.

This newly remodeled home is an excellent vacation spot for one or two families. Located on the water's edge on beautiful Lake Hamilton with a 2 boat stall included, in a quiet cove with easy access to all the attractions Hot Springs has to offer! The home is located on the northern shore of the lake near highway 70 and only a short boat ride to many of the restaurant's on the lake. The house is less than 2 miles from the Hill Wheatley Boat Launch and 7 miles from Oaklawn.

Luxury surrounds you in this charming home that features a main level gourmet kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The main level also features the master bedroom and walk in closet. The master bath has a double vanity, and walk in shower. 1st guest bedroom and central bathroom. The living area opens to a covered balcony that runs the entire length of the home with a great view of the landscaped yard and stone walk leading to the the lakefront. Downstairs features two bedrooms (both with queen bed and an optional bunk bed for added sleeping area, perfect for the kids) and a full bath. There is also a theater room with a 120 inch size HD screen with stadium seating that is perfect for entertainment of the group. The downstairs doors open to large patio and hot tub. Stone walkway leads to the boathouse with private slip for your boat with an attached swim dock and water access. In addition the house comes with 2 Kayaks to enjoy our quiet cove. Please note that from Mid-November to early March, Lake Hamilton is drained roughly 2-5 feet and our dock may be on the ground if it's a full 5 ft draw, since we are in the cove.
