Wonderful spot in Kailua! Stayed here for the first portion of our honeymoon and it was great - we rode the bikes to Lanikai beach every day. Great location for easy beach access and a quick drive into town with so many great local businesses nearby. Property was spotless and hosts were responsive when we had questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

So nice to have a pool and to be right across the street from the beach. Not to mention Buzz’s is within walking distance.

It was a great experience staying at Palm Villa. The location was beautiful and the property was just what we needed and true to the listing online. The pool was refreshing and our granddaughters loved it. The parking was sometimes challenging but the owners worked with us to relieve and issues. The property owners were very responsive and so very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and hope to return in the future. Beautiful property!! The Yamasaki’s

Hosts were so kind and amazing to work with. The location is perfect - SO close to the beach! The pool was perfect for our kids when they wanted off the beach but weren’t done swimming. As others stated, big vehicles are hard to park, we had a minivan that we parked just down the lane with no problem.

This is a perfect spot for a family visiting Oahu. I can’t say enough about the location and the host. The beds slept great, the setup was excellent , and Kailua was awesome. Anyone is very lucky, to find this place available during their dates.

Th location of this property is priceless. Just a two minute walk to a gorgeous beach and beautiful sunrises and sunsets with public bathrooms and showers available. The owners were readily available to answer questions without delay and offer local suggestions. We are sad to leave today after only a week.

When you’re right across the street from the beach. Less then half a mile from any food you could want, and working A/C not much you can complain about!

Great location with comfortable amenities. The pool was especially appreciated on a stormy week. Owners were quick to respond to needs and questions. Made our first trip to Hawaii wonderful.

First time on oahu! The house is in a great location right across from the beach. My husband and I enjoyed the stay and would definitely return. If renting a vehicle, I would recommend maybe a compact due to tight parking.

We spent a week here and had a wonderful time. Communication with the owners was very timely, informative and responsive. The place was clean and comfortable for our family of four and well stocked with everything we could have needed. You cannot beat the location to the beach and market- so many spots were well in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Check in was a little delayed. Property very clean and nice. No stove for cooking but everything else great.Wonderful location for the beach and local businesses. A must for breakfast is Cinnamon’s, and Moke. Kailua is a great town. Would definitely come back. Aloha til next time.

This was our third stay here, and it was just as great as the last. Zak was fantastic—quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and appreciated having coolers, beach mats, and beach toys available. The short walk across the street to Kailua Beach is incredibly convenient. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town!

Parking was very tight, would be nice to have a heads up that compact vehicles are best. Great location. Building is dated and needs some deep cleaning, patching and painting. Active bird nest above window in the large bedroom is loud in the mornings. Pool was clean and taken care of daily. Would be nice to have more clear instructions on operating the jacuzzi.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing - a quick walk across the street to the beach and very close to some of our favorite restaurants and shops. The unit was incredibly clean and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive.
