Recommendations

I loved the clean, well-kept house, the hair dryers don't work, they need to leave more cleaners and a mop to clean the floor, the garbage cans are very close to the entrance and the flies invade the house, but if they improve that, I would rent again it is very well located

Great Place to Stay!

The house is very comfortable - the bedrooms are spread out so that everyone felt privacy. The game room was a fun place to hang out when stuck in the house on a rainy day. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time in a great place

Our stay was magnificent, the property is exactly as listed. The keyless entry made everything very simple and the property was easy to find, around about 20 mins drive from MCO. The property was pretty much spotless bar a few dirty dishes that had likely been missed from a previous stay but no issues there, these things can happen. Everything worked perfect from the tv’s to pool heating, arcade games to dishwasher & washing machines. Any issues were swiftly dealt with, of which we only had one minor of the air-con panel freezing and then losing power. It was dealt with before we even returned to the villa that evening. Very comfortable furniture for relaxing on quieter days. Pool is great for kids and was kept clean throughout the stay with a weekly service. Would be more than happy to return here for another stay next time we plan a trip to USA.

Home was well kept

Very nice quite area felt safe. Home was well kept Some thing did make the stay a little uncomfortable as the AC did not have access to go beyond 72 and some rooms were hot . They did have fans but that was not very helpful especially in the first room.very hot to

Hakuna Matata? What a wonderful home!!!

Centrally located property to the parks and a short trip from the local airport, this property provided the perfect home base for us park goers to have a calm retreat from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again!

We had a nice experience. It’s a rental so of course there’s little quirks but the house met all our expectations and we had a blast playing foosball and the accommodations did not underwhelm

Beautiful home with a dirty twist

The location was great and the home was very roomy. The host responded very quickly the stay was not overall great 2 weeks after booking I received a email from the host asking if we wanted the pool and spa heat and it would be $210 the entire stay in the description, it does not state that under the amenities of course we did so we paid for it. During our stay in the kitchen on more then one occasion a bug that looked like a roaches was in the kitchen management of the Villa Karen was called. She responded quickly and sent an exterminator out. Who was there within an hour. Also was explained to her about how poorly the house was cleaned and pictures was taken. There was food splatter on the cabinet. Drawers were not cleaned out fridge raider was not wiped out carpet in the living room was dirty and needs to be steam cleaned around the island had food and juice splatter on it as well as the walls. I hope we’re not paying a cleaning fee There was a dead bug in the drawer that look like a roach management of the Villa asked that we want a cleaning Person to be sent out we declined because we already cleaned it ourselves. In my opinion, the cleaning lady needs to be fired. She does the bare minimum. Otherwise we enjoyed our vacation. From a guest review I think the host needs to stay on there that there will be a $210 heating for the pool and the spa before somebody books it that way people are aware of it

Great house and location

Maybe I missed it but there wasn’t a grill. I reviewed outdoor amenities and it showed grill. We purchased food and found out the grill is an additional charge of $110. Bathroom 1 ran out of toilet tissue, kitchen trash rather small. It would’ve been nice to have some seasonfjng for meet

Very nice but hot

Overall we had a great stay at this house. The only “complaint” we have is that the house was HOT. They have guest set the thermostat to 80 before departure which in Florida ends up being even hotter inside. With this it takes over 24 hours to cool the house. Not only this but there is a blocker on the thermostat which doesn’t allow the temp to go below 72. I can understand bumping the temp up a few degrees to save money but ultimately trying to bring a house of that size down from over 80 inside cost more than maintaining. Other than that the place was very clean and comfortable and we had a nice stay.

Wonderful experience

Perfect location and home for Disney Go-era!

We had an amazing stay at the Hakuna Matata home. The house was plenty big, clean, and stocked with everything that you would need! Our favorite part was the vicinity to Disney and the POOL of course. Thank you for trusting us with your home!!!! We will surely be back (we visit Orlando 3-4 times a year and this is our favorite stay yet!)

Great Vacation Home

We had family staying for a fun filled 8 days of indoor games, amusement parks and movies. The home was as advertised on VRBO. We had a small issue that was addressed within 24 hrs. There were also a few vents and windows that needed a deep cleaning but it was still a Great home and we hope to visit again next year!

Comfortable and Spacious!

This was a nice house with lots of space and things for the kids to do. We loved the pool and game room. It was a short proximity to Disney and lots of restaurants. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and we would rent here again. It had all the things we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. The owner is also very responsive and helpful.

Great Home!

This was a great home and location. Very clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was the thermostat was already set and had limits on it. House wouldn’t go cooler than 72 which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that it was perfect!

Family Getaway!

What a nice peaceful stay! The place was beautiful and clean. Pool was awesome! Hot tub is all one level after a small step, wasnt expecting it to be without "seats" in it, but it didnt spoil the fun. It was a nice relaxing getaway for a few days. We had a great time and would rent again! Thanks for having us!

Teen Birthday with Family

The home was beautiful, well decorated, clean, spacious & comfortable. Nice park for basketball down the street & another around the corner for smaller kids. Game room was a nice bonus. Host was quick to respond to questions/issues. Only complaint is that we missed out on a heated pool because it wasnt clear the request was suppose to be made before check in. We would absolutely stay here again & recommend to others.

Great Place to stay !

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. We payed extra to have the hot tub and pool heated and they were perfect! Good location, old neighborhood but the neighbors were fine. Good location to all parks and restaurants galore! Beds were very comfortable. would stay there again.

Perfect staycation villa

A very beautiful place to stay, huge rooms/washrooms and the gaming room. Facilities are good. I really appreciate the extra swimming pool gate, with kids we felt safe to sit in the backyard without being over cautious. Would definitely come here again

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
