The place was very clean and excellently prepared. The on call host was very responsive. We were unsure about leaving instructions so we put the towels down for laundry as all towels would not fit into wager, emptied trash and cleaned out the fridge. Overall, it was perfect for our family, in a great location, and had beautiful views.the pools was perfect for daytime and nighttime swimming!

Our vacation was absolutely amazing and we loved our room and the location and the kids had a blast at the pool and it was only a 5 min walk from the beach!! It was overall absolutely beautiful and amazing!!!

Family Trip 2023

1st time visiting Destin, and it was a amazing experience its....the home was safe and very nice friendly staff and the visitors was very friendly as well...on our list for future trips..

The check in was seamless and the place was amazing. It really did have wonderful views and the resort itself was amazingly convenient. The coffee shop/bar downstairs was a life saver. The pool was really fun, too.We had some issues with the water heater during our stay and the owner was incredibly apologetic, communicative, and kept us updated the whole time. He and his team seemed like great bunch of honest people. I'd happily recommend this place or any others that this team manages.

Beautiful location, close to all the fun in Destin. The resort has plenty to offer. This condo is pad out well and was plenty of space for us, 4 people. 2 bed 2 bath was very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked. We did find it to have a musty smell that was strong even after we opened all doors to air it out. The rug in the living room was not vacuumed and the outdoor patio was not clean. The dishwasher did not work and I contacted the owner immediately upon discovery, and the owner never responded to me. Once we checked in ai did not hear anything back even after I sent a couple of messages.

Great home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent vacation. Highly recommended

Overall the space was accurate and aesthetically pleasing but there was a pretty bad musty odor that we could not get rid of. The dishwasher was not working and after multiple reports to property management as well through VRBO never got a response. I am not sure I would stay again because the odor was too much. The lack of response from property management I would not book with them again

I don't know how this place is highly rated, we will never book this host again. Our one week stay was not great. This was not worth the money. The floors were dirty enough to turn our feet black. There was sand still all over the place when we checked in. No vacuum available to clean the sand or floors during the stay. Overall just felt grimey. The cabinets contained dirty dishes, probably because the dishwasher also did not work. The host left 2 dishwasher pods (for the dishwasher that did not work) and said to save one to wash dishes upon checkout. The hot water didn't really get hot and the wifi sucked. The door handle on one of the bedroom balconies was completely broke off. 2 of the 4 chairs on the balcony were broken; I tipped right out of one of them. Also wasn't the same low table set as pictured, which was very inconvenient with a 1 year old. When reaching out to the host about our concerns, they never responded. I'm sure there's some things I'm missing, but you get the gist. They had plenty of bath towels and the front desk staff was very kind.

The condo was nice and quiet, very comfortable beds. There were no extra blankets so you can't use the sleeper sofa, or add a blanket if the room gets too cool at night, so bring your own. I would definitely rent this condo again!

We stayed for one week had to clean quite a few things to my satisfaction. A light needs to be updated, but the area was convenient. .

Wouldn’t Recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was dirty and not well maintained. We found broken glass on the ground in the kitchen, blood between the glass and wood on a night stand in a bedroom, pills under the bed in the master bedroom, the floors need to be mopped and the rugs in both bathrooms were disgusting. I was too scared to even attempt to use any dishes because everything was dirty so we used paper and plastic. The patio doors were hard to open and close and the elevators in the building were constantly going out making it hard to go up and down to your room. People even got stuck in one of the elevators while we were there. It was close to most everything but not on the beach and you had to cross a very busy intersection to walk to the beach. I would not recommend this to a friend or relative nor would I stay there again.

Spring Break 2023

Everything was nice. New management company took over the restaurant, so they ran out of all food. We had to go out due to the limited options. Staff was friendly.

The host was late and then wrong in his first answer giving us internet access. There was an inoperable electric outlet in a bathroom.Channel changers need to be replaced.Washer and dryer need maintenance to eliminate the loud squeaks.

Very friendly and easy. Restaurant and bar could use some serious help. Coley was very helpful.

We made dinner reservations for steak night. We showed up early and no one would wait on us. Very disappointed. Finally Coley saw us and helped us out would not recommend the stress. Also the music was so loud we could not visit

When I arrived it was nice but when entering living room and walked through I stepped on something sharp and picked it up and it was a humans tooth. It had sticky spots on dresser in one of rooms ,stains on couch shades didn’t close all the way and bathroom tub and sink in back would not drain good. My husband is a plumber and pulled out a lot of hair. The overall was good besides just needing to be cleaner and the tooth situation

The apartment is good but the appliances were not working. The appliances are very old. The dishwasher’s panel is broken, the dryer isn’t operative. The housekeeping was prompt initially to help us but wouldn’t then either respond or pick up the maintenance requests later. The VRBO message host option works but do not expect any quick or 24 hr turn around time on your communication. The host has promised us a refund and I can come here back and update if we get it. This property is not suitable for long stays if the appliances are not updated. It is a real hassle when you are with kids. If you plan to stay keep aside some time to call the housekeeping and wait till they come and help you with the appliances and then get on with your sightseeing.

It was a great location. Overall the condo was very nice. They take 4pm check in VERY seriously. Slight hiccup that our key cards didn’t work on the condo door but they reset them at the front desk and no issues after that. Plenty of carts to unload our stuff. Condo itself was pretty good. The dishwasher did not work and I messaged about it but never heard anything. We just did dishes by hand or used disposable. The master bedroom balcony door did not actually lock. You could flip it up but the door still opened. Tried several times to close it tighter but never could get it to work. The doors are heavy so pretty sure our toddler would never be able to open them but we blocked it off with a chair to make sure. The floors were dirty and left the bottoms of your feet black. I did find a swifter in the closet but it was empty so no luck in cleaning it. We got food from the restaurant on site a few times and it was delicious. The pool is phenomenal and overall we had a great time. I would probably try a different unit next time we come back but definitely planning a return.
