beautiful location with a great view of the natural landscape. We loved the cabin and how easy it was to get to town and the other touristic areas. Will definitely rent again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place for a great price.

Quiet little getaway cabin. The host was helpful. The cabin was cozy and the property was beautiful. It had a nice little pond and a beautiful waterfall just a short walk from the cabin. The kids loved playing in the field and climbing the tree next to the cabin. We had a great time!

This cute cabin is located on one beautiful piece of property. Cabin was clean and just as described. The waterfall was in walking distance and simply gorgeous. We cooked out on the grill and enjoyed sitting on the porch. A plus was several delicious restaurants are located close by. We will definitely book again.

Great place to relax.

It felt like we were Mike’s from nowhere but really just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway

Bedroom windows were not locked, had to force the window closes in front bedroom and put a stick in back bedroom window as the window lock was broken. Everything else was clean and working properly

Quiet, easy to get to small cabins

Everything you need for a quiet simple getaway and nothing you don't. Property was clean and pictures and descriptions accurate. Nice secluded but not too far away place to stay.

Great 3 night stay!!

Very nice quiet area. Cabin was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Interesting area on a small pond with a beautiful waterfall within walking distance of the cabins!! Would definitely stay here again!! Property Manager very responsive and helpful.

Nice visit

The location is nice. Cabin was just fine, property manager could work on her communication a tad more. Good for a weekend trip.

We are happy to read that you enjoyed your stay. On a personal note and for future reference Management would like to hear more about your experience with Property Management communication. From our records your request for help relighting the heater pilot was addressed within a couple of hours. Your message at 7 PM Saturday night complaining the door would not lock did not transmit to management until the next morning of your check out. Unfortunately the cell service can be that spotty at times. We apologize you felt a lack of communication. The automatic keypad door locks have inside locks to use. That particular door lock locks automatically when the door is closed from the outside.

Great locations!

We enjoyed our cute little cabin. It was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect and beautiful. My kids really enjoyed the waterfall that was on the grounds as well as the game boxes!

Amazing Experience

I enjoyed the quiet, peace, and calm that came with this location. I was able to relax and enjoy amazing views. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Bear Cabin. Very peaceful & quiet. I had no cell service but they are upfront about the coverage and I didn't mind not having any. We had Wifi that was fairly good. Host was very friendly and responded to calls quickly. I had called her the day we were to check in because I was having car trouble and was going to be late checking in. She wasn't in the office but thought that we weren't coming until the next day. She assured me that she would check back in with me and not to stress that she would make sure we were accommodated . She called back when she said she would and let us know they were getting the cabin ready and then called back again later to find out our ETA. We got to the cabin around 7:30 pm and it was clean and stocked for us. My grand children enjoyed the creek and the onsite waterfall that was just a short walk from the cabin. There isn't a grocery store nearby but there is an Ingles and Walmart just a few miles away in Clayton. A couple of "wish list" items would be a toaster and/or a couple of oven proof pans in the cabin and maybe in the future have a "self serve" laundry facility on the property so you could wash your clothes if necessary. All in all we loved the cabin and property and our 2 dog visitors that came by the cabins every morning. We're ready to go back!

Peace

The location is perfect. The cabin is just big enough to relax and the surronding nature is awesome. It was a shock to not have cell service at 1st but by the next day we all are talking and having a blast!

Thank you for the review! WIFI has not been conquered in mountainous regions. We have 5 3MBPS lines on the property for guest to pull from plus a landline on the front wall of the office. We hope you will visit again.
