Just 15 minutes from the airport, our vacation rental is conveniently located, allowing you to spend more time enjoying all the attractions that Florida has to offer. Plus, with waterfront restaurants and shopping just minutes away, you'll never run out of things to do.This rental property is a spacious and inviting home that can accommodate up to 6 guests. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a beachy, nautical theme and feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens, ensuring a good night's sleep for all.
The living room is cozy and welcoming, with comfortable sofas and chairs, a large smart TV, and plenty of natural light. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks for your family or friends. It features modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a range of cookware, dishes, and utensils.
The house has three smart TVs and fast internet so you can also stay connected and entertained during your stay.
Outside, our rental property features a private yard with a pool, making it the ideal spot for soaking up the warm Florida sunshine and enjoying a refreshing swim.
Overall, this vacation rental is the perfect home away from home for your next Florida getaway. With its peaceful location, spacious accommodations, and convenient amenities, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
* 35 minutes from beaches. Near Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Boca Grande and North Port, and Sarasota.
*The pool is not heated.
*A separate agreement from owner must be signed. Since we live in a Deed Restricted community there are certain POA rules that must be agreed upon. We email the agreement and can be signed digitally.
* Note about pets: 2 dog maximum. They must be 25 lbs or under. Pet fee of $75 per dog per stay.

Amazing vacation

The house was amazing!!! New, clean, and spacious. We loved our stay, the quiet area, and the very friendly neighborhood. The house had everything you need. The beds were super comfortable! We would highly recommend this house to family and friends and we hope to come back for another vacation sometime in the future!

We stayed at property for 24 nights, and every one was enjoyable. House was well stocked, bed amazing, and communication over the top. You won’t be disappointed staying at this property. 5++++ stars

Lovely home

This house is very spacious with a parlor (including piano!), living room, dining room and eat-in kitchen. Both the dining room and kitchen tables seat 6 easily. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Enjoyed sitting on the private lanai. Communication with owners was speedy. We loved it and so did our dog! :-)
