Beach access was amazing but unfortunately the pool was too cold to use.

Pool and Beach Paradise

Being so close to the beach with a great pool was just what we wanted so our little fish for kids could always be in water

Great weather & friendly people.

We had terrific weather and the people were very friendly with many activities to participate if you chose to do so. The condo was clean and well furnished, a great place to stay.

Great stay

My family really liked this property. There is assigned parking and security on duty for the building which is great. We loved being so close to the beach as well

Would do it again

Everything was great. The place is super family friendly. The staff take really good care of the place. You can see the ocean while watching the kids swim. Would def stay again

Beach

Comfortable beds!! Great access to the beach! Nice pool area! Close to restaurants and downtown. Kitchen is small-but I don’t cook much on vacation.

Relaxing

We rented this condo to decompress after our daughter passed away. We had her funeral on Saturday. Sunday and Monday we were at a large house we rented for a bunch of family and after that we just needed a smaller space to relax and gather our thoughts. This place was perfect.

Spring Break 2025

We loved our stay at your property! Exactly as pictured and the space worked well for our family. The 2 complaints that we did have were the king bed was super hard and uncomfortable and the door to the room didn’t shut well. It had a huge gap between the door and the door jam. I think it should probably be replaced! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place. We had a great spring break!

Beachfront but no beach access?

The condo unit was nice as was the complex, but there was construction and beach access was not possible from the complex. Seems like it was not a short-term situation and it should have been listed in the listing.

I appreciate your feedback. We strive to be totally transparent with all of our guests. Construction notices have been on the listing for as long as construction has been present in 2022. We have also sent out messages to anyone who books about the construction to the seawall. Beach access is available at a neighboring condo. We regret that your stay was not up to your expectation and we hope to welcome you back when construction is complete.

Cannot recommend

We were really disappointed with this condo unit. The property (Sea Coast Gardens) and the property management (Great Ocean Condos) were great, but this unit is in severe need of updates. Furniture: the mattresses are the worst we’ve ever slept on; both sofas are completely worn out with no support, and one even has blood or ketchup stains on a cushion; outdoor patio chairs are flimsy plastic with little support or comfort. Cleanliness: there was sand throughout the entire unit, on floors, countertops and tabletops. Bathroom and bedroom vents were dusty and in need of attention. Linens: need to completely replace. The towels were old, smelly and mismatched. Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend this specific unit within this property.

A hidden gem in New Smyrna!

This place is a newly renovated condo. We loved the engineered wood floors in the living room area. The staff was very helpful. We loved that the hole condo was well maintained and clean. Honestly, I don't normally fill out reviews but this one deserves my full attention. We have been to Destin, Forth Walton, West Palm, Fernandina Beach and Navare Beach. I think we have found our new place for vacationing in Florida.

Beautiful

We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back again. Beautiful unit, clean and comfortable. Pool and deck were clean and well maintained. Can't beat the beach.

Refreshed and rested.

This is the first time we have been in New Smyrna Beach but it won't be our last.We have been going to Florida for the past three years and this was by far the best and we will be returning next year.The condo had everything we needed and the staff was the best.Any questions or problems were taken care of right away.If you love the ocean and laid back living this is for you.You can do nothing or take advantage of the many activities.The owner was very helpful and always responded.There were many day trips to be had and many attractions.

Fantastic Condo & Complex!!!

This condo by far exceeded our expectations! The entire process was easy and the owners are amazing to work with. The most well stocked condo we have stayed at! They have everything you need...plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs, etc! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The complex was clean and the beach was beautiful. The laundry room was close by so it wasn't a big deal not having it in the condo itself. If you are looking for a beautiful condo on a budget, I highly recommend staying here! We are already looking forward to coming back!

Great family vacation!

The condo was amazing. Exactly what we wanted for our family. Wonderfully updated decor & master shower. The kitchen had great appliances minus the toaster which needs replacing. However I am looking forward to booking again for next year. Also take change if you wanna do laundry because there is no where is building to get change & the businesses across the road does not give out their quarters! A great place to make family memories!!

Please accept our apologies for any problems with the toaster and rest assured it has been replaced. Also an excellent point regarding coins and laundry. There are several banks in town that I am sure would provide quarters but since it was Memorial Day week our local businesses probably needed all their change. The building is looking into replacing the coin only machines with ones that will accept credit cards. Hopefully that will be done in the near future.
