Property had everything needed. Very convenient location walking distance to the convenience store which also had everything you needed. Beachfront location was excellent and the pool was great.

We had a family of 13 staying in this gulf front home. It was roomy enough for everyone. Even during a tropical storm, we had enough cozy seating for our clan. The pool was the perfect addition for our family to play a variety of games. And by staying in a house rather than a condo, it was much less crowded making it truly pleasant. The management company was great! They kept us informed and were quick to respond to our questions.

The outside needed some TLC. It looked worn compared to the other properties around it. Pool had a hazard that needs to be addressed. The cap on the pool vent sticks out where someone can trip and fall.

Great place

Excellent spot, great home! Only issue was the WiFi not working well (a few folks had to work while there, so made it difficult). Otherwise really lovely place.

Great for a Large Family

The house was very spacious and accommodated our extended family including 4 children really well. The pool was nice and very clean. The beach access was awesome.

Family vacation

This was our time as family, to relax, regroup and share. We absolutely loved the house, the beach and the area. The weather was a little iffy at times but we still managed to enjoy as much of the area as possible. This was a wonderful time for us and we will definitely be back!

Weekend Golf Trip

Beach house is nice, location is great but the house a little dated and needs some TLC. Overall a good experience and communication with the property manager was great!

Great time and location!

This house had plenty of room for our group of 10. It was easy to get to and the beach-front location was perfect! The beach in front of the property was clean, only a few steps from the house and was not crowded for a peak season visit. The pool was clean and the neighbors we shared it with were very accomodating.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time! We had two families plus friends and it was the perfect spot. We could walk to Waves, which is a convenient store. There is also a walkable restaurant or pick up seafood to go. The pool is a good size and walk to the beach. Highly recommend! Would return again!
