Suite 210 is a second-floor suite with a breathtaking view of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Suite 210 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

Great beach views

Fantastic Location! Fantastic Property!

The location of this property is perfect. Walking distance to everything in downtown Boyne City. The condo is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The woman at the front desk is super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back next year.

Fall Getaway

Property was just as described. View of lake awesome, bed very comfortable. Walking distance to dt Boyne. Only comment is that the fireplace has very little flame. Would be nice to have some cozy blankets on the couch. Fall brings colder weather which is good for snuggling under a soft blanket.

Having the private beach and a balcony overlooking it made the vacation so relaxing. Boyne City is a very cute town and you can walk everywhere in town from Water Street Inn.

Ski Trip Weekend

Overall, the property delivered what it described. The only thing I would say is maybe that the bathroom needs a little update. Location is great to downtown shops/restaurants and right on the water which would be great for summer time along with a short drive to Boyne Mountain to ski.

Fantastic property in a GREAT location.

This location couldn't be better. Right on the water and within walking distance to the center of town, farmer's market, and the great restaurants found in Boyne City. The property is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was fantastic! I can't wait to stay here again.

Great location in Boyne City

Enjoyed our weekend stay in Boyne City. Condo was very clean and included everything we needed. Amazing location to walk to restaurants and enjoy the lake. Beautiful sunset view from patio!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View to die for, 2nd floor great location. Furniture was average, pull out couch was not usable for sleeping horrible, plan on sleeping on the couch. Kitchen and bathroom dated, jacuzzi tub did not work big disappointment. Older tube tv has to go no option for streaming Netflix. Fortunately we were able to move to another unit the next day.
