Suite 112 is a ground floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom. Suite 112 has a full kitchen all ready for preparing meals, dining table for two, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a patio that has direct access to our private beach.

Great location! Nice property!

I stayed here for midwinter break with my 2 kids so we could go skiing. We found the place very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The location couldn’t be beat for walking to town for food. And the nearby sledding hill and ice skating was a lot of fun too!

Perfect little place!

We loved staying at this property for a quick ski weekend. It was even nicer than we even expected from the pics. Everything was super clean; the check in process was very easy & everyone was very friendly. I would love to come stay again in the summer to enjoy the lake!

Family ski trip

Beautiful View

Beautiful view of the water and sunsets. Private patio to sit, sip coffee, read a book, and just drink in the beautiful view. Condo very pretty, very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Could take a short walk to town and choose from several places to eat. We will be back. Hopefully price stays the same and doesn't go up so we can afford to come and stay a few times a year as our up north getaway.

Great Get Away!

Loved the property. Especially being able to open patio door and walk to beach/water. Even sitting on patio was a wonderful view. Boyne City is a cute little town, good restaurants, shops etc. And is so close to other area attractions. Our stay was mid September, so not prime busy time - which was also nice for us. If you are even "thinking" about booking a stay.. I say DO IT... life is too short, and you won't regret it.

Twice and nice

(Friendly staff thank you)Our unit 112 was meticulously clean and comfortable.The grounds are so well kept and having the chairs on the beach for guests is inviting. This was our second time staying at the Water Street Inn and it was just as nice as the first time. So it’s nice to know that the management is consistent in the care. Thank you.

Anniversary Getaway

Gem on the lake

The view of the lake and access to the beach was amazing. The location is perfect if you want to venture to other small towns for the day but not do a long drive. The condo is cozy and was clean.

Excellent Boyne City Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location - Just steps from Lake Charlevoix (fabulous sunsets), and a 5 minute walk to Cafe Sante and Lake Charlevoix Coffee Co. (Boyne City’s Best Restaurant and Coffee Shop). Water Street Inn is run like a hotel with housekeeping as needed. The on- site staff is very friendly and helpful. The unit is similar to hotel room size, but has a full size kitchen (the bathroom is very small with a high sided tub). Thankfully, there is a separate bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Overall, the furnishings are somewhat dated; however, everything is very clean. Boyne City is more laid back than Petoskey and Harbor Springs; but is an excellent base to visit both towns, as well as Charlevoix and the Village of Walloon Lake.

We parked upon arrival and used the car once the entire weekend. That was for a pre-arranged dinner several miles away. Absolutely the perfect location.

Perfect Stay

Tranquil and Comfortable!

This stay could not have been more perfect for my sister and I. We came to support family, but wanted a peaceful escape after long days. Communication was perfect especially at check-in. Wi-Fi was exactly what we needed, as well as other essential needs. We greatly appreciated looking at Lake Charlevoix, each morning and night. Thank you!

We were there!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the property and. The unit. Our only complaint was it was not stocked with wine glasses. We had one wine glass. I mentioned it to the office manager and she said it wasn’t their responsibility. It does reflect on the whole resort. The other guests with us in another unit were very disappointed.
