Beautifully appointed recently remodeled, new 60" flat screen TV in living room, new heated Ceramic flooring in living room, kitchen & dinning areas, new carpet in both bedrooms, with fresh paint in both bedrooms ... 1,100 sq ft. condo at The Landings with FREE WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE, living room, dining room, full new kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 (max 6 persons including infants) comfortably.

Boat slip included (Maximum 25' LOA, no pontoons), heated swimming pool, plus a pier for swimming or fishing. Walking distance to town and only minutes to Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs or Boyne USA. Over 15 championship golf courses within 25 miles of our condo.

Some of the finest golf in Michigan. Only 7 miles to Boyne Mountain/Avalanche Water Park USA. Lake Charlevoix is a warm large, inland lake. From our dock, you can navigate through Lake Charlevoix to Round Lake and directly out onto Lake Michigan.

This is unit is perfect for a great vacation for summer sports on Lake Charlevoix. And for winter sports at the many nearby ski areas and snowmobiling trails. Enjoy the warm water of Lake Charlevoix in the summer, or our beautiful heated swimming pool overlooking the lake.

The fall colors are the best with the rolling hills of Northern Michigan. Small town charm, and an abundance of great restaurants. Boyne City is a hidden gem ready to be discovered. The Landings condominium community is Family Friendly.

Everything we needed!

We spent Christmas here with our eyes on spending most of our time skiing. This condo had everything we needed, including easy access to Boyne Mountain.

We had an excellent stay at this location. The location is perfect: right on beautiful Lake Charlevoix with great sunset views, and a pool that is also right on the water. The owner helped us with how to use the TV and making the switch from heat to air conditioning in a friendly and timely manner. Very very good.

Two weeks in Boyne City

Loved the condo at the Landings! Was able to use their marina to keep 25ft boat rental which made it especially nice. Also liked the pool and how beautifully maintenance kept all the flowers and shrubs. The condo was perfect for my wife and i and 2 adult children.

Fall Mini Vacation

We loved the Condo close to all we planned on during our stay Loved the property and surroundings. Can't wait to stay again Summer 2024. Richard was wonderful to work with when having problems with my cell phone and attachments. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I would give the place a 4 star because of the view of the lake. I would give the interior of the condo a 3 star as it could use some updating--carpet, bathroom.

We are sorry about the carpet being dirty. Your rental was the last of a summer of back to back rentals. We just had the carpet thoroughly cleaned just after your departure. Scheduling a carpet cleaning is difficult because it needs a full day to dry and with a full summer of back to back rentals that is difficult. But we will work on that next summer. Not sure about the bathroom. we will work on that as well. Thank you for the review.
