Very pretty small charming 45 sq.m apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter. It can be rented for 4 guests (one double bed and one sofa bed sleeping 2), on the 2nd floor of a typical 17th century building along a calm sunny road in the historic, artistic and literary quarter of Paris. Just 5 minutes on foot from Notre Dame and Saint Germain des Prés, close to the Saint Michel metro and many bus routes. An ideal starting point to discover the exceedingly beautiful cultural and tourist hotspots of the capital city. Numerous cafés, restaurants, cinemas, art galleries and shops nearby.

Perfect location

Easy to communicate with owner. Staying here is the closest you can get to staying at your own home.Everything you need such as Restaurants,transportation etc.is close by.

Classic apartment in perfect location

This is a charming apartment in an historic building, perfectly located steps from the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The size and layout are ideal for a couple — we loved this for a week in Paris and would return in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful location! The apartment was just the right size - in fact more than enough room for my husband and I. We spent our days exploring and walked everywhere. Thank you for being so hospitable and helpful!

Quintessential Parisian Apartment

As Canadians, this apartment is what we hoped to find as a home base in Paris. The building is on a quiet street, but steps from everything. Inside, the beautiful wood floors and beam, along with the simple but elegant furnishings made it a very comfortable pied-a-terre. As it’s February and quite cold we especially appreciated the warmth when returning after a long day of walking. Equally, the quiet location made for a restful night, in a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped. Mina is a thoughtful and communicative host, greeting us on our arrival and making sure we had all we needed to ensure a wonderful week in Paris. We would recommend this property and hope to return next year!

Location, comfort & charm..

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is charming, well equipped and maintained. It was perfect for the two of us. It’s on the second floor (3rd for US) and there is an elevator. ( We didn’t mind the stairs!) The location is superb as it’s located on a small street tucked in the St. Germaine- St.Michel area near metros & restaurants & anything you’d need. We could walk everywhere & we did! Mina was there to meet us when we arrived and explained what we needed to know about the apartment. It was a lovely place to live for a week in Paris. We’d love to return!!

Perfect location for a Paris vacation

Very comfortable apartment in the heart of the left bank. Mina was very welcoming and friendly and was very thorough explaining everything upon arrival.

Perfect location

Marc and Mina’s apartment is perfectly located near ile de La cité and all the amenities. Mina was super attentive, kind, and gracious. Would stay here again soon!

Magical month in Paris

We were so lucky to spend a month in Paris. Marc and Mina’s apartment was exactly what we wanted. Great location, prefect size for us, good amenities, charming hosts. We will definitely be staying again.

Large aparment in excellent location

Stayed here as a family (with one small child) for a month. Apartment is large and spacious, and is accurately portrayed in the photos. Location is excellent. Best suited for a couple or single traveler.

Perfect location

We had a lovely 9 night stay in Mina’s apartment. It’s located in a fantastic area of the 6 th with easy access to the 5th, 6th and 7th arrondismonts and Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame, Louvre and Tuileries are all so close. It’s on a quiet street with a great little restaurant only 1/2 a block away. The check in was easy and the apartment was clean and well appointed. The bed was firm, plenty of good lighting and a well equipped kitchen. I would stay here again

A perfect stay

This is a beautiful apartment, perfectly located on a quiet street very close to shops, restaurants, Notre Dame, and the Seine. Mina is a wonderful host. It was easy to communicate with her and she made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great Place!

The unit is clean, bright and perfectly placed in Paris right at the center about 2 minutes from 2 Metros (St. Michel and Odeon) and 5 minutes from two RERs (B and C). Mark and Mina are great hosts. Markets are very close and more cafes than you can count.

Location location location

The flat was in walking distance to the Louvre, Notra Dame, museum de Orsay. The Saint Micheal METRO was 100m from the front door. The flat had everything one would need and very quite at night. Wonderful stay!

Definite 5 star property

Everything was perfect. The host met us at the apartment, walked us through everything, and was very very helpful. Location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants. It was very clean. We cooked several meals, with no problems. We highly recommend. We will stay here again.

Excellent choice

We spent some wonderful days in Paris. The apartment is very well equipped with enough towels and lots of kitchen utensils. The location is very central, close to the bus and subway with many restaurants around the corner. The owner is very nice, helpful and takes great care that the guests are happy.

So Comfortable and Such a Great Location

Accommodations and location were just about perfect. Very comfortable and well appointed, even a large bathroom. So many thoughtful touches. It's a larger apartment than photos convey. Mina and Mark are helpful hosts and do their best to make your stay most pleasant. Check out Odeon area and Maubert Market that are within an easy walk. Highly recommended apartment.

This apartment is in a great location very close to Saint Michel metro station in a quiet side street. The ancient building has many original features which have been sensitively conserved. It's very comfortable for a couple.

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay

A wonderful location in central Paris. Very quiet street. Unfortunately there was some construction outside the window every morning but should be over soon. Be prepared to pay credit card fees to the owner as they would like to be reimbursed. We would stay there again.

wonderful stay in Paris

We loved our stay in this apartment. The location is perfect - in the Latin Quarter so close to the Seine, and yet on a quiet street. We could walk everywhere, and the metro and RER are just 2 or 3 minutes away. It is just as the pictures show - clean, lots of closet space, comfortable bed, everything we could need for a home away from home. I especially appreciated great internet, and a great shower! Mina and Marc are excellent hosts; very helpful, and live right below in case of need.

Quiet, comfortable, great location

Ideal for couple, but note that it is a studio apartment, not a separate bedroom, so would lack privacy for more than two people. Location in quiet street near St Michel and Odeon stations is perfect. Apartment is very warm in summer - hopefully the fan we purchased will be available to others.
