Hi James, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: Thank you for sharing your positive insight on the house and the pool! We have high standards of hospitality for our property and strive to provide a positive experience to our guests through all interactions. We truly appreciate your patience with the propane delivery. We're glad you enjoyed the home and thanks for taking great care of it too.

From the owner: "Thanks Amy for being a great guest we love our pool too and hope you come back soon!"

Hi Jennifer, the homeowner would like to share the following: "We appreciate the feedback. We encourage guests to reach out with any questions or concerns before and during their stay. We would have been happy to accommodate your early check-in or late departure requests. We do limit the number of towels available per the number allowed renters. In addition, there is a washer and dryer for that purpose and are always willing to provide more upon request."

Hi Nicholle, thanks for your review. After going your feedback with the homeowner, we'd like to clarify the following: - When you reached out to the owners regarding an issue with the toilet, they immediately responded and let you know the earliest a maintenance worker could get there was the next day. - The owners were never told about a slow shower drain or broken tub plug. If they had known, they would have had the handyman fix it at the same time as the toilet. After your stay, the owners checked and there was no issue found with the tub plug. - The listing accurately advertises the pool has a solar pool cover with solar heating. The pool cover is in good condition and is heated based on the sun, which is out of the owner's control. We hope the owner's generous measure of accommodating an early check-in with no additional costs helped make up for some of the inconvenience. The owner does all they can to make it the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

From the owners: "Thank you so much, we appreciate having you stay!"

Hi Mandy, the homeowner would like to share the following: "We're so glad you enjoyed our home and the time with your family. Unfortunately, yes, solar heat pools are weather-dependent and we can’t always rely on year-round swimming. I wish we had better control of that. We hope you visit again!"
