That's fantastic to hear the condo was a perfect place for your stay! Thank you for your 5-star review!

Thank you for your feedback and for noting that you enjoyed the condo itself. We understand how disruptive the noise from a neighboring unit must have been, especially over multiple days. As this is a condo property, we do not have authority over work being done in neighboring units. We shared updates as soon as information was provided to all owners by the association, but we recognize this situation still significantly impacted your stay. While this type of renovation is outside of our control, we do empathize with your frustration, particularly given the length and intensity of the disruption. This is not a typical experience at this property. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and understand how this affected your overall impression of your stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this very seriously, especially because this condo has consistently received 10/10 reviews and is typically recognized for its cleanliness and condition. Also you are the 1st to describe the skillets in bad shape. What you’ve described is not reflective of our usual standards. The issues with cleanliness and your report of pests are unacceptable, and we have escalated this immediately with both our cleaners and pest control for the building for a full review and resolution. While we do encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address concerns right away, we agree that a condo at this level should be clean, properly maintained, and ready upon arrival. This situation clearly fell short of that expectation. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are taking corrective action to ensure this was an isolated incident and does not happen again.

We’re pleased that you really enjoyed your stay this clean & spacious condo! That is nice to hear you found the beds & furniture to be comfortable & we’re sorry you could not locate the dish towels. In the future, please follow your check-in & checkout procedures so we can assist you. 😊 Thank you for being our guests & we thank you for your 5-star review!
