Clean and comfortable cabin

The cabin was larger that expected, very clean and extremely comfortable. The proximity to golf, the ranch house and general store was also a plus. The hot tub was also a really nice amenity. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing house at an amazing resort!

This was an awesome vacation. Our first time at Brasada and from the amenities, the bike trails, the pools, etc to the impeccable service, from both the resort and from the owner of the cabin, Kate, we couldn’t ask for more! We will be coming back!

Beautiful views!

Loved the property and view from porch of sunsets. Beds were ok. Showers good and clean. Enjoyed the Ranch but didnt like the cost of the additional ammenties to use....$56/day/person felt excessive! Staff was mostly friendly.

Must stay in Brasada Ranch

This charming cabin in Brasada Ranch Oregon is a perfect vacation rental for a small family or two couples. The cabin was clean and well stocked with necessities. There was plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, lotions, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. You never know what you are going to get with a VRBO when it comes to basics but Kate has done a great job of making sure her property has everything you would need. The area has so much to offer and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Nice property overall. Not easy to enter or get a hold of property manager. Owner took nearly a year to write a review so I am returning the favor.

Beautiful property

The unit was beautifully maintained and accurately described. The broader grounds were beautiful and the kids loved the pool area. There were only a couple of disappointments with Brasada. There weren’t as many family activities as we thought there would be. The kids were unable to fish because equipment was broken and they wouldn’t allow us to rent a ranch rover (golf cart) since we didn’t book directly through Brasada. If you are looking for an adult getaway for a quiet and relaxing location, this is your place! If you are looking for family activities to keep the kids busy, you may consider another location. We still had a great trip and the cabin itself was a treat!

Great home and stay…..Resort fees-ehhh

The home home was nice, clean, and well furnished. I can’t think of anything but positive for this home and host. One item that is not the owners fault (out of their control) but is a big issue that will probably cause us to looks elsewhere next time is the brasada resort fee that is tacked on to the bill. $56/per person per night tacked on to the home rate is extreme for what you get in my opinion. First, check in is not until 4pm and check out at 11 am so you can’t really utilize the facilities those days. Second, for our stay I went to work while my family was able to use the pool, etc but I had to pay the fee also. This issue was pretty disappointing to me and will likely cause me to look to other nearby resorts in the future.

Great stay, we will be back!

We are already looking forward to our next trip to this cabin and Brasada. Kate was quick to getting back to us and we were able to schedule our trip on pretty short notice. She is easy to work with and very accommodating. We are a family of four and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax in this two bedroom space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to make dinner and enjoy it on the expansive and peaceful deck equipped with a BBQ. The cabin is immaculate and the beds and pillows are really comfortable with nice linens. The location of the cabin makes it very easy to access the trails and the fishing pond which is just up the way. Our 10 year old loved the stocked pond and we were able to get all the fishing equipment needed at the Athletic building for a small fee. This was our first trip to Brasada and we were pleasantly surprised to find a volleyball court as well as tennis courts which we happily used. This is a great cabin, it surpassed our expectations and we have already scheduled our return trip later this summer. Enjoy!

Great getaway

Dealing with Meredith lodging for the rental was so easy. Customer service was amazing and very helpful when I called about questions. The place is absolutely beautiful. The pool was perfect this time of year. It is heated, so we were able to swim and it wasn’t crowded. The amenities offered were just great for keeping busy. Not to mention the surround area is stunning. My only recommendation would be to maybe start incorporating pack n plays in the rentals for families with babies. But that’s not even a deal breaker. Since it is a 3rd party rental, the resort themselves when we checked in, were a little rude about us not renting through them. The guy checking us in changed his whole demeanor, when finding out. But the staff in the athletic center, general store, etc. were all very kind.

Wonderful weekend!

This place was done really well. The hot tub on the large deck was amazing even had some mountain views. I have no complaints!

Beautiful Property - Maintenance / Service Improvement needed

Brasada is beautiful, and this cabin is very pretty and well-appointed with nice furniture, linens and towels. The hot tub front panel had been removed and was leaning against hot tub. The hot tub leaks so we had to add water each day. There were dirty dishes left in the cabinets (gross) and the prior guests' salmon and foil had been left on the grill. Although there are Brasada gel soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the showers, our room had not been refilled with soap. When I contacted Meredith Lodging about that, we were confusingly told that they don't supply that. They did drop off some of the small bar soaps though. I also texted Meredith Lodging that the unit was out of salt and requested that some be dropped by - we never received that. Overall, this is a lovely cabin, it just seems like the housekeeping, maintenance and attention to detail could be improved to the same standards we see at other VRBO's and Brasada properties we've stayed at.

Desert Resort

Great resort with lots of outdoor activities and so many amenities you have no reason to leave. The cabin was great and our only complaint would be the bedroom pillows.

High quality lodging, low quality service

Brasada Ranch was beautiful and our cabin was very accommodating. However, when paying nearly $150 per day in resort fees you expect helpful, responsive customer service. Unfortunately, we did not receive such service. In fact, it was nearly impossible to reach a live person by phone or get a response by text. Needless to say, it hampered our vacation and left us feeling we wasted money on this trip. If you are only using the cabin and don’t plan to use the pool or other amenities it may work for you. For us, the price versus quality of service will keep us from returning for another stay.

Great place.

Love Brasada Ranch and the Sage cabins are amazing but hard to find at a decent price. This listing was fantastic! All the memories of Brasada came back. Clean, well stocked, and the hot tub was great. Can’t wait to go back!
