Facility was easy to access and within 1 mile walk along river to downtown. Easy access to highway to go other places. Owners were friendly and helpful, but not intrusive.

My stay at this beautiful little studio, although short, was one of the most relaxing stays I’ve had recently! The studio was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed, and more, for a very comfortable stay and the location was perfect. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick and concise and I was especially pleased with the follow up communication to check that I had everything I needed before turning in for the night. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future!!

This was a very clean place to stay with everything I needed. It was very comfortable and at a reasonable price. Would definately stay here again next time in Bend

Cute, cozy, clean place that exceeded expectations. Excellent location in a lovely neighborhood - just a quick drive to downtown and within steps of a beautiful river trail. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The place was quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful gem near downtown

Ryan was awesome and the place was amazing. Walking distance to great food and drinks as well as river access. We will be staying again.

Cozy Spot in Great Location

A wonderfully cozy spot in a superb location — just steps from the river and an easy walk to downtown. Ryan was an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as easy and enjoyable as possible :-)

Comfy convenient lovely

This studio is in a wonderful location, just a block from from the Bend Riverwalk. It’s near everything else, too. We found it to be quiet, clean, gorgeously put together and downright wonderful.

Fantastic property! We really enjoyed our stay here! It is tucked away on a residential street, so it’s nice and quiet. We attended a concert at Hayden Homes amphitheater and were able to walk home afterwards. The bedding was super comfortable and the big window looked out into a garden with plenty of natural light. I love the bottom-up shades to allow privacy AND sunlight! Will stay again if in the area!

I slept so soundly!

Ryan and Katie have a beautiful studio apartment that is clean, quiet and decorated really cute. The neighborhood is suburban homes and a very short walk (2 houses away) to a wonderful riverside park. We loved our stay!

Bend stay

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The studio worked out for my husband and me just perfect. Ryan greeted us upon our arrival and was so ever nice to get us settled in. The River walk is just at the end of the street and was ever so nice to be able to walk down to it and enjoy. Will stay again when we are ever back in Bend.

Best VRBO Experience!

I don’t usually write reviews but this studio was so sweet and comfortable. It was clean. It had all of the amenities one could need. The bed was big and so comfortable. It is clear the owners are very thoughtful about their guests’ experience. Plus, as two females traveling alone, we felt safe there, which is so important. Could not recommend more and will definitely stay again when traveling.

Perfect home base!

Wow, this is one of the next VRBO’s I have ever stayed at. This place was very clean and felt welcoming. The bed and couch were actually super comfortable. The decorations were tasteful. There was even a Keurig with selection of coffee AND a French Press! The shower head was amazing and there was good water pressure. There was even supplies such as makeup remover and feminine napkins in case of emergency. The neighborhood was nice, safe, quiet location walking distance to a park and river walking trail. Honestly love this place, the hosts are fabulous. I wouldn’t even bother with another host if I’m in this area again.

We had a restful and enjoyable stay in the studio, thank you!The studio was very clean, as described and is in a quiet neighborhood- the only sounds were children playing, and we could block those sounds effectively by closing the windows. The hosts were communicative, helpful and available but not intrusive. I especially appreciated that they keep the kitchen stocked with coffee pods and half and half pods. The decor is cute and the linens are quality and plentiful. I was able to charge my car at no extra cost. A deer hopped the chain link fence and hung out in the lot next door both days!
