Nice property with all the necessary parts. Hot tub was a bit small but we made due. Easy to find and check in and out was simple. I’d recommend this property if you are looking to stay in or around Bend.

This is a neat, tidy property with lots of special touches: coffee, tea, paper napkins, hot tub towels, extra pillows and blankets, and microwave popcorn! We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood and close to Pilot Butte. Nice deck to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to birds.

The house was lovely and conveniently located to so much that Bend has to offer. Rachel was a fabulous host and got back to me in minutes when I had a very minor need. We plan to visit Bend again and will put this comfortable and roomy bungalow at the top of our list for our return.

This location was perfect for our small running team. Quiet setting, plenty of rooms....amazing bean bag seats! The hot tub is small, but very effective! The owner was amazing and responded quickly when I reached out. There are a lot of kitchen amenities that made cooking easy. Overall... this was a fantastic choic.

Cozy little rental!

We loved our experience here. The rental was cozy, fully stocked with everything we needed, and centrally located. Would recommend this to others.

This house does not have air conditioning! It has a window unit but the heat was on when we arrived. 80 degrees inside and 95 outside! Once we got it cooled down it was good. Great host and convenient location. The hot tub was very small. Host was helpful and kind.

Thank you for your kind words about our home, location, and hosting! We’re glad you were comfortable once the home cooled down. We did want to clarify for future guests that the home does have air conditioning, with A/C units serving two areas of the house. This setup has sufficiently cooled the home for many years of short-term stays. During particularly hot Central Oregon days, it can take some time to bring the temperature down if the home has warmed up, but once cooled, the system maintains a comfortable temperature—as you experienced during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the convenient location and found us helpful and responsive!

Great place! Came to Bend for a family wedding. The house was perfect for us and our adult kids. Really enjoyed sitting in the backyard with coffee in the morning. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Would come back!

Family weekend

Rachel was very responsive during our stay. We loved the house! It was perfect for relaxing in the backyard or taking a walk around the neighborhood. Our weekend was actually pretty hot and we used the AC units in the house.

Sweet stay in Bend

The house was just as advertised and is a sweet little house close to everything in Bend. The house had everything we needed. While there, I texted the homeowner with a question and received a quick response. She was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The house was very cute with a great outdoor/garden area. Very clean and comfortable. Not all the bedrooms had AC window units in them but it cooled down at night.

Sports weekend

Stayed for a tournament weekend. House was clean and basic. Hottub was dirty when the jets came on, had to get out due to chunks in water from jets.

I truly wish you had reached out at the time—I would’ve been happy to send our maintenance team over right away to take care of it. The hot tub is serviced weekly, and in the past three years we’ve consistently received positive reviews, so your experience is definitely not the norm. That said, I’ve asked our maintenance company to inspect it again today to ensure everything is in perfect working order. As for the home, we try to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped space that reflects what’s shown in the listing, but I appreciate your honesty and will take your comments into consideration for future improvements. Amazing work setup!

I had to work one of the days we stayed here and this setup was better than my own! The only issue we had was the window AC units weren’t in every bedroom, so getting the kids settled at night was a bit tough. Otherwise, it was an awesome stay.
