Our Coronado apartment is located steps to the sand in North Pacific beach….one of San Diego’s most exciting communities.
Everything is within close walking distance…..shops, groceries, bars, night clubs and restaurants. Our guests love the location.!
We are dog friendly during non-Summer months, and no more than 1 under 50 pounds. Please disclose any animals traveling with you at time of booking. Thank you!
This unit (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Location location location! I truly was impressed with how cute this apartment was and I particularly loved the yard and white picket fence. We were less than a minute away from the beach and boardwalk and I felt very safe, and all the neighbors were very friendly. As a reminder there is no AC but with the ocean so close you get a lot of breeze and there are plenty of fans to use during warmer months. If we stay in mission beach again I’m rebooking!

We loved being a block from the beach! The property was clean and had what we need to cook basic things in the kitchen. Super easy check in and the designated parking spot was very helpful.

I loved that it was a quick walk to everything! Water was never cold for 6 of us, plenty of clean linen and towels as well as access to garage covered parking!

Great spot for family activities
Great beach access - less than 1 block! Close, enjoyable walk to neighborhood amenities restaurants, shops! Close to airport and access to other areas of the City.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet. 100 yards to the beach. Easy walk to many great restaurants.

Great location, clean property
Beautiful area, steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops, would definitely come back again. Apartment is clean and well equipped.

Perfect little beach get away
This condo is perfect for a small group of friends or small family. It's a few minutes walk to a lovely beach. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking basic meals. It's our second summer in a row spending about a week here, and I'm sure we will be back!

Good plave!
Cute place and great location! At one point the heater turned on and it was extremely hot inside the apartment and wouldn’t turn off, but the management was responsive and helped us get it turned off. Overall would stay here again!

Simply the best
This was an amazing stay at a great property. Generous space, well-priced, perfect location. Property manager was very responsive. Will definitely return!

Great place!
Place was great. The quick walk to Pacific beach was awesome and made the value of the condo amazing! Comfortable beds and couches. Met our needs for kitchen, bedding, beach supplies (towels, chairs, boogie boards).
