I appreciate your comments regarding the amenities. I apologize for the frustration with the thermostat and the lack of a dishwasher. We’re so glad you found the condo itself to be lovely, new, and comfortable, but we sincerely apologize that you had such a frustrating experience with the beach access and construction during your stay. The day before your arrival, our area experienced an unexpected and significant rainstorm that brought over a foot of rain in a short period. This caused temporary but widespread flooding, including the neighborhood path and beach parking lot. Unfortunately, this was a last-minute development, and we regret that we couldn't inform you beforehand. We also apologize for the inconvenience and disruption caused by the construction. We did try to give you a heads-up about the workers for that day, but we understand that the noise from the hammering and drilling was disruptive, especially given the time zone difference. We are actively working on repairs and rebuilding after the hurricanes and are doing our best to coordinate with our contractors to minimize the impact on our guests. It seems we fell short in this case, and we're truly sorry for the disturbance to your peace and rest. We are reviewing our check-in information to make sure the instructions for the parking pass are clearer and easier to find for all future guests. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to rebuild and improve. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future, and we're happy to offer you a discount on a future booking.
