Vacation

This property was beautiful and I appreciate how friendly the front desk was and being helpful even on my last day checking out I was able to keep my luggage storage until heading to airport. Everything was relatively close walking distance. I was able to Uber or even ride scooters to get to where I needed.

Perfect Location

Condo is right in the center of everything. Walking distance to the beach, shopping area, restaurants and even old San Juan ;if you are up to the walk (great views on the way). Pool area was always quite and relaxing. Only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working. Over all room was perfect for two people and clean.

Our stay at Condado Lagoon Villas was fantastic! The room was very clean, recently updated, great kitchen, and we had a stunning balcony view overlooking the lagoon. Eric was truly wonderful to work with. Very responsive to every question I had as this was my first time booking and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. The building itself is very quiet and peaceful, but I would say that there is a small airport close that flies over the complex with small planes traveling to the other islands and helicopter excursions, but they truly didn’t bother us at all. It felt like more an island experience! We traveled to the island of Vieques, which I’d highly recommend too. We loved PR, and the villas were perfect. Truly an enjoyable, relaxing experience. Highly recommend! Thanks!

Awesome!

First, I have to say that Paola, was an incredible host! The communication before, during and after our stay was amazing! The unit is exactly as pictured! Bonus, you can view the Manitee playing! This is a feeding spot for them! The view from the room was great! The location can’t be beat! You are within walking distance of eating! Easy to get a scooter or Uber too. The bed was comfortable, pillows could be softer. Loved the low key pool! Security at front desk was great! Felt very safe with location! I loved being able to escape the hustle and bustle of the streets and relax on the balcony. Loved having the kitchen! The walls can be a little thin with loud people, but you can have that anywhere. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Paola!!

The Villa was exactly as it appeared in the Ads. My stay was pleasant as well as picturesque. Front Desk Staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent location!

Perfect location with an amazing view

The location of the villas was our favorite part. It was a short walk from the condado strip but still quiet enough and It was a close enough to old San Juan. We throughly enjoyed the pool area as well as the pond area. We would love to stay again if the property had some upgrade such a new pillows (with hypoallergenic pillow covers as the pillows were visibly older), a cleaner couch to sit on ( I covered it with a sheet) and cleaner throw pillows. We thought the walls were very thin and you can easily hear the people next door, as well as all the flights (helicopters, private jets and small planes) constantly going by. We could not utilize the closet as that’s where the cleaning products were stored and carried a strong odor. The communication of the property management was fantastic as our room was missing the cooler and beach chairs, and once notified they brought the materials within 30 minutes. Overall great stay and value for the price however, I would have liked to have seen better quality/cleaner pillows.
