Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the home did not meet your expectations and that several aspects of your stay made you uncomfortable. We especially appreciate you pointing out the concerns with the uneven floors, beds, kitchen setup, microwave placement, TVs, and thermostat. We understand how these things can make a stay frustrating, and we’ll make sure this feedback is shared with our team so these areas can be reviewed and addressed. We’re glad you found the home cute, and we truly appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us identify where we can do better for future guests.

Thank you for your kind words! We're glad the property’s comfort and bright atmosphere suited your group so well, and that the nearby park was perfect for the little ones. It was a pleasure to assist you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for the wonderful review and for staying. Glad the house matched the photos and that bringing your dog made the trip easier—pet-friendly stays in Cape Charles are important to us. Happy the kitchen, shed gear, games/books, and appliances made things simple, and thanks for the heads-up about the unfenced backyard and firmer mattresses for other guests. I’m glad our team could quickly help with extra supplies. You’re always welcome back.

Thank you for your review. We're glad the check-in process was smooth and our team was responsive. We appreciate your understanding of the house’s historic nature and your positive comments about the spaciousness, location, and kitchen. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
