1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo with pull-out couch. Located directly right on the beach with the pool just outside your door. The condo has everything you need to cook. Fridge, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Coffee Maker. The kitchen is stocked with wine glasses, dishes, pots, Pans. We provide all bed linens, towels, etc. The couch is a full sleeper. Many restaurants, stores close by. The Alligator Farm is 10 Mins away, Historic Downtown is 12 Minutes away. Orlando is 1 hr 30 mins away

Beachfront

We enjoyed out trip, the condo was clean, well kept, just a short walk to the beach and right at the pool. We were able to just relax in the condo, prepare our meals in the kitchen, or go to the pool and chill or walk to the beautiful beach and relax.

Small but amazing spot!

Small space but just what we needed for me my brother and nephew! The patio right to the pool was amazing and a short walk to the beach. We had an amazing time! Thank you so much!

Vacation

We have been coming to Beachers Lodge for a number of years. Todd was very easy to contact, the room was very clean, and the pool is right outside. We had a great time and will be back.

Great location!

Amazing location, right on the beach and the pool right outside of your door. Can't ask for more when traveling with kids especially! The place is quite small, but it was perfect for a night's stay with myself and 2 little kids. I'm sure we could've stayed there comfortably another night or two.

Weekend trip before school started

The condo was great for our weekend trip. The pool being right outside the little patio was great for my son. Easy access to the beach and the water was beautiful. Quick drive to St Augustine. Checking in and out was easy on the digital board. If you got 4wd or awd you can drive to the road and drive back up the beach right in front of the condo beach access. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot for two people

We had a great experience. The property manager was helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for the two of us. The beach is gorgeous and the pool was warm. Would highly recommend!

Great experience!

Our first trip to Crescent Beach and to Beachers Lodge. Todd was great to work with. The Condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean and comfortable. My grandson loved having the pool just outside the patio (he's 10) . We will be back and definitely renting from Todd

Best unit at Beachers

Preface- we have been staying at Beachers Lodge for 15+ years whenever we vacation in St. Augustine. We love how dog friendly it is and the pool and beach access is the best in our opinion. Todd’s condo is by far the best we have stayed at in this lodge. Upon arrival we were greeted by what I’m going to call an oversized iPad which kept us up to date with time and weather. Todd checked in with us on day 1 and 2 to make sure everything was going smoothly. The bathroom is very nicely updated. Most updated unit I’ve stayed in. The bed is super comfy. At first I questioned why we shouldn’t wash the sheets or towels, but when you smell and feel them you will understand. The unit is well equipped with what you would need on vacation: beach chairs, extra towels, coffee maker with filters, wine glasses and corker, extra consumables like TP and trash bags. If you use creamer there’s even powdered creamer and sugar. I will say this is the first time we have stayed ‘on the pool deck’ and it was so nice and convenient. I was worried about the grill patio being right outside the unit but it was not a problem at all. This unit is by far my favorite and we look forward to booking again in the future. 5 plus stars!

Great location, wants for cleaning and updating.

I did not address any issues we had with the host because we only stayed one night. We arrived at 3pm and didn't have much time to spend in St. Augustine before we left early the following morning and I didn't want to spend our time there correcting issues with the unit. The unit is very well located with direct pool access and a private boardwalk to the beach. The condo site itself was quiet and we had no issues. The A/C units in the room were old and struggled to keep it cool. We located multiple instances of dirt, dust, and unclean areas of the unit. It maintained a musty odor, and the bed in the main room and the pullout bed had lots of stains on them. We immediately had to change the sheets of the bed in the bedroom because they were dirty with hairs on them. Fortunately, there were clean ones available in the room. The worst part of our stay was the absolute lack of any water pressure at all in the unit that made it very difficult to shower. The price of the stay was comparable for the area, but given the issues we encountered I would not stay here again. Being directly on the beach was nice, but for what I paid we will stay at a motel or more expensive unit in the future.

The stay was exactly what we where looking for. We went into St. Augustine for a day and were pleasantly surpised. Then did 2 relaxing days on the beach outside our door. The pool was was warm and refreshing also. I would stay there again.
