1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo. The condo has everything you need to cook. Fridge, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Coffee Maker. The kitchen is stocked with wine glasses, dishes, pots, Pans. We provide all bed linens, towels, etc. There is also a very comfortable queen air mattress that you just plug in to use
Many restaurants, stores close by. The Alligator Farm is 10 Mins away, Historic Downtown is 12 Minutes away. Orlando is 1 hr 30 mins away

Todd was a great host, even allowing us to check in a little early due to the unit being ready. The listing was very accurate and the pictures were on point with the condo. We had everything we needed and the unit was very clean and inviting. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area! Thanks!

The condo was perfect! It is so close to the beach and the two swimming pools, one of them heated make for a welcome change from spending time on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed to have a perfect visit.

Great place!

What a wonderful place to stay! Owner was very responsive and helpful from the booking to the checkout. The pools and access to the beach were highlights during our short stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were fine. The porch was a little loud due to location near road. We were attending a film festival and didn't spend time on it. Found the host to be excellent and helpful. Would stay here again.

Perfect ground floor accommodation for my wife myself and our little four legged girl.Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware with good layout.Host was easy to communicate with and we will stay here again if property is available for our next visit to St Augustine.

Great stay

We had a great stay. We had communication with owner and everything was ready when we arrived. It was beautiful and right on the beach. It was also just across from Hurricanes and walking distance to several restaurants. I would come back if we are ever in the area again.

Great little place

We really enjoyed the stay. My puppy also felt right at home. Todd was responsive and very helpful, even brought over a small table so I could work remotely. I would stay here again.

This condo was exactly as listed. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Todd the owner was very attentive and reached out several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I give them a 5 star and will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Relaxing and quiet

Really enjoyed our stay on Crescent beach. The condo was exactly as described and location was quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a quick trip

Perfect little 1 bedroom for a quick beach trip. A good walk to the beach, but there is visitor parking closer if you feel you can’t make the walk.

Great Weekend

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend at the beach with our pup. The property is clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pet friendly beaches and property. Very comfortable bed.
