Well equipped, new house just a few steps to a great beach. Complete kitchen and nice appliances. Comfortable bedding and AC working well. Only issue was the airflow in the bunk bed room, and the grill not being clean and in good condition. Could have used a bit more flexibility on the check in and check out time. We had a great weekend stay and we would definitely consider coming back!

Great location and very comfortable place to stay!

This rental is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay a great deal! Very peaceful location and wonderfully close to the beach!!

Great place to stay!!

My family and I got really lucky finding this gem! I really enjoyed the location and having access to a private beach area. The home is about 15 minutes from multiple restaurants and larger grocery stores. However, I liked the convenience of having a smaller fully stocked grocery market just a few minutes down the road.The home was clean and spacious, and with all the essentials to enjoy our stay. The host Rusty was very kind, hospitable and personable. I’d definitely recommend this beautiful home and host to anyone visiting the island.

Beautiful House

The house was gorgeous!!!! It was so clean! Just a couple things to bring when you come. BUG SPRAY, The mosquitoes were so bad you couldn’t even sit outside on the porch. Also, bring a fan for the master room. For some reason the whole house would cool but the master was hot at night. You are also limited to riding the golf cart. You can only ride across the street and park it and walk to where you are going to hang for the day. You can’t ride on the beach with the golf cart or anywhere else. That was on of the reason we picked this house to ride the golf cart up and down the beach. But overall this was a fantastic trip fishing, and laying out at the beach all day!!

We are so deeply disappointed. I see all these reviews about how clean the beach house is, but this couldn’t have been farther from the truth for us. The maids left POOP and URINE all over the beds. Then we had to waste valuable vacation time fighting to get clean bedding.My husband and I booked this beach house because we have had a really stressful year and desperately needed to relax and recharge. We were not able to relax for most of the trip due to finding bodily fluids all over the beds, an ant infestation, and dealing with an unbothered management company to resolve the issue. We arrived at the beach house at 4:10 pm (check-in was at 4pm) and the cleaners were still at the house. They were there for about 15 more minutes before we could unpack while walking on wet floors. When we were ready to go to sleep in the master bedroom downstairs, we pulled the sheets back and found poop smears on the bed. (We know it was poop because of the smell). We slowly realized that the sheets and comforter were also COVERED in urine. The adult bed upstairs was covered in urine and one of the bunk beds (thatwe had to sleep on!) had urine stains on the mattress cover. When we were putting away our groceries we realized that the kitchen was infested with ants. We had to hide our food (that wasn’t in the fridge) in the oven and in the microwave or the ants would get it. If I set a plate down, ants would be on it within seconds.Now we are having to fight to get a partial refund.
