Welcome to your spacious, stylish downtown Chattanooga retreat — an inviting home perfect for family getaways, group stays, UTC visitors, weddings, and weekend escapes. Ideally located near the riverfront, restaurants, breweries, and entertainment, this beautifully updated home blends comfort, character, and convenience. Relax on the covered porch, gather in the open living area with soaring ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace, or unwind on the private deck off the upstairs bedrooms

This fully remodeled downtown home offers ~1800 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space with plenty of room for groups up to 8 guests. Natural light fills the open main level with its flowing living, dining, and kitchen areas — perfect for cooking, catching up after exploring Chattanooga, or cozy nights by the fireplace.

Great home and great stay! The home is beautiful with lots of room. Our hostess was easy to communicate, friendly, and very helpful. The location is central to everything: UTC, hotels, the Incline Railway, restaurants, everything. It’s an up and coming area with great restaurants within walking distance to try. Our first night there, traffic was a little loud. But, once we settled in, we didn’t notice. After the first night, it was quiet. (It’s a college town and you’re central to a lot of attractions, so it’s to be expected!) Definitely would stay again!

Great central location, very clean and perfect for our little family. Street is a little busy but to be expected with general location in relation to campus and downtown. It was the perfect long weekend with our kids and would stay again!

Host was very attentive and helpful. The home is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you may need. Location is perfect for visiting the sights of Chattanooga and somethings walkable. The college is very close. There is designated parking for a compact car with good parking skills. This is a city location with the typical traffic and noise.

Convenient location close to downtown and riverfront and interstate.Lovely comfortable space. Downstairs bedroom with two beds is perfect for grandsons. Our second time staying here.

The house was delightful and the host amazing! It was amply stocked with supplies.The location was less than ideal being on MLK due to the amount of loud cars running all night and less than ideal sound proofing on the house for the 2 bedrooms on the front of the house.

Close to everything / we didn't drive more than 15 minutes to any restaurant or attractions. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Easy check in and out. It was a great stay.

Location is close to the downtown area. Located on a main thoroughfare MLK Blvd it was nestled in a residential area. The property host, Lisa, was professional and prompt in addressing any of our concerns. The sitting area (deck) was accessible and quiet during the day, perfect for relaxing and reading.Kitchen well equipped. Living area spacious.Overall beautiful property!

Chattanooga has been incredibly special to me, and the MLK neighborhood in particular holds a unique place in my heart. When I first invested in this home, I saw more than just a property — I saw a neighborhood with history, character, and tremendous potential.
My love for the MLK neighborhood started when I was a student at UTC. Over the years, I’ve continued investing in additional homes in the MLK area because I truly believe in its growth, its residents, and its future. It’s been exciting to watch the neighborhood evolve while still preserving its authentic character.
My commitment goes beyond property ownership. I joined the MLK Neighborhood Board several years ago because I wanted to be actively involved in supporting the community and advocating for its continued improvement. Being part of the board has allowed me to champion responsible growth while honoring the neighborhood’s history and the people who call it home.
Hosting guests here allows me to share a part of Chattanooga that I genuinely care about. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home where visitors can enjoy everything downtown has to offer while experiencing one of the city’s most dynamic and historic areas.

I’m grateful to be part of this community and look forward to welcoming you.

I chose the MLK neighborhood because I saw its potential long before much of the growth began. It’s one of Chattanooga’s most historic and centrally located areas, and I was drawn to its character, architecture, and proximity to downtown, the Riverfront, and UTC.

Over the years, I’ve invested in several homes here because I genuinely believe in this neighborhood and its future. MLK has a strong sense of community, and there’s real pride among the residents who live here — from long-time homeowners to the students who bring energy and life to the area.

We especially love the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga students who call MLK home. They are such an important part of the neighborhood’s vitality, and their presence adds a dynamic, engaged spirit to the community.

As the area continues to grow and improve, I’ve stayed actively involved by serving on the MLK Neighborhood Board. Being part of the board allows me to support responsible development and advocate for both residents and guests. It’s important to me that the neighborhood remains welcoming, well cared for, and respectful of everyone who lives and visits here.

This isn’t just a place I invested in — it’s a neighborhood I’m proud to be part of.
