The space
Our brand new listing features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a full size kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, ample storage, and numerous opportunities to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We have all the essentials ready for you including linens, towels, cooking essentials and complimentary coffee.

When you arrive at our home you will be able to park in the parking lot behind the home or on the street in front. Go ahead and take off your shoes to get comfortable as you enter your Southside oasis. There will be a few steps up to the open living area featuring a comfortable couch, two chairs and large Smart TV equipped with all the streaming apps. In the kitchen, you will find a built in table with chairs, full sized oven, microwave, full sized fridge and basic amenities, such as, pots and pans, dishes, soap, salt and pepper. Just off the living and kitchen area is a half bath.

As you make your way to the second floor, there will be two guest rooms, a full bathroom with double sinks and laundry room. The front bedroom has a queen size bed and cozy chair. The second bedroom includes a king size bed along with a desk and chair, perfect for working remotely (if you must). There is a full size washer and dryer so please, stay a while.

On the third floor you will find the main suite and two outdoor spaces. The first spacious patio includes a dining set and beautiful view of Lookout Mountain. There is an additional private balcony directly off the master suite. The main suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a custom tiled standing shower.

All of our bedrooms include a comfortable bed, nightstands, wall mounted TV and plenty of storage in the closet to make yourself at home.

-Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, some spices, Keurig coffee maker and a few pods to get you started.

-Full size washer and dryer available for guest use.

-Parking in the private parking lot reserved for residents of our community and additional street parking directly in front of our home.

-Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch TV on a large screen Smart TV. Streaming apps are easily accessible.

-Fresh bed linens provided. We provide towels, wash cloths, travel size shampoo and soap. One hair dryer, *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee provided. If you need more, you can stock up from a nearby general store.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the locked owner’s closet in the kitchen.
Other things to note
Potential for noise - As with any home, outside noise is always a possibility. We have sound proof windows & foam insulation that drowns out the sound for the most part.

Must climb stairs – This is a three level home with a few stairs as you enter and an additional two full flights of stairs.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you will be responsible for the cost of repair.
