Experience one of Breckenridge’s perfectly located ski-in and ski-out properties. If you really enjoy the convenience of ski-in and ski-out skiing, you are in luck! You have just found one of Breckenridge’s ideally located ski-in and ski-out properties. When you stay at Grand Timber Lodge it has all the amenities and you are tucked in between Peaks 8 and 9, you are just steps from your ski locker to the Snowflake Ski Lift that is located right across the street. With that being said, if you like to be one of the first people on the slopes in the morning, Grand Timber Lodge is a great place to stay.

Our 2-bedroom 2.5 bath condo is very tastefully decorated and can comfortably sleep 8 with two bed rooms, one king size bed, one queen size bed and two queen sofa sleepers. Our 2-bedroom condo also has a very nice lock off feature. For example, the condo can be used as a 2-bedroom condo or when needed, the condo can be individually sectioned off as a 1-bedroom condo and a studio condo. Each side of the condo has its own entrance and each side of the condo sleeps 4.

In the master bedroom, there is a king size bed, a flat screen TV and large closet. The master on suite bathroom is accessible both from the bedroom and from another entrance outside the bedroom. A double sink vanity with a tub are located just off the bedroom, an adjoining door connects you to a large shower, toilet, and another vanity. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area which comfortably sleeps 2. A flat screen TV with DVD player sits above a gas fireplace and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen with solid granite surface countertops and full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Cookware is provided as well as towels, bedding, and your own washer and dryer in this unit. The dining area seats 6. There are also 4 seats at the breakfast bar counter in the kitchen.
