• Complimentary Pool Heating: The private pool is heated and included at no extra cost. Please note that temperatures may vary depending on outdoor conditions, especially during colder months. The pool typically warms during the day but may cool overnight due to ambient desert temperatures.

• Pool Safety Waiver Required: A signed pool use and safety waiver is required prior to check-in.

• Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces strict noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this listing from hosting platforms. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times.

• Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry and is used only to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. Additional exterior cameras monitor side yard access points for added security.

• Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut sensor is installed to help ensure quiet hours are respected. The device measures decibel levels only—it does not record audio or conversations.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not typically allowed. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found on-site without prior approval—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.

• City Compliance: This property complies with City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c) and is registered under short-term rental license 2021-1507.

• Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee from our housekeeping team. Please contact us in advance to request a later departure time if needed.
